Truth was upfront

We went to look at truck they advertized and talked to Mike Burns he was upfront about the truck and what it needed . We drove it and he was right about what was wrong with it . I didn't buy it but was inpressed with Mike. I would send my friends to him.

Internet buyer!

I was an internet shopper. I asked for their best price. Linsy conversed with me, set the appointment, and her Manager Mark answered all our questions & gave me their best price. I showed up and purchased the vehicle and was in and out.

I hate buying cars...

I hate buying cars from a dealership. Always the same hassle and uneasy feeling. So I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with Suburban Chevrolet. Linsy was really nice, while Mark was extremely helpful, not pushy and we didn't haggle for two hours. We agreed on a price that made sense and moved on.

Went in to lease a car. My credit was shaky, but they...

Went in to lease a car. My credit was shaky, but they worked extremely hard to get me approved. A few days later, I get a call, and they actually found a way to reduce my payment. They even sent me a box of delicious cookies and a coupon for a free oil change.

Quick response to my initial inquiry, strong product knowledge, no-haggle negotations, entire sales process took 2 phone calls. Both the sales and finance staff made the purchase process simple and friendly.

I took my car in for a oil change with my childern this...

I took my car in for a oil change with my childern this week. As soon I got out Larry was great with his customer service skills. He mad me feel as I was at home. He was warm towords my childern and was great to give me advice were I can take them while we wait for the car. I love the shuttle that took us to were we needed to go. I was surprise how fast it was to service my truck and they even wash it! I wanted to buy a car right then . I can not wait to get my truck service again.

I have been in the market for a used Yukon for about four...

I have been in the market for a used Yukon for about four months now. I have visited many dealerships and as a result met with many salespeople. I was pleasantly surprised the other day when I met with Mark at Suburban Chevrolet. Mark was honest and direct. He was more interested in seeing me get what I wanted than he was about putting me in a car that day, kind of an enigma from my experience. I didn't buy my truck that day, but I will be returning to see him when I am ready. I have been in the customer service industry for quite some time and was really appreciative to be treated like a customer and not a sale! Thank You Mark, see you soon.

I have purchased 5 cars in the last 12 years, Anne has...

I have purchased 5 cars in the last 12 years, Anne has sold 3 of those 5 cars to me. The first one was before I knew her and the other car I purchased when Anne was in another sales industry. I highly recommend Anne Martin. She really does go above and beyond. We had been looking for a used AWD luxury wagon. Anne was diligent and tenacious and found the perfect car for us. We were able to take deliver within 48 hours and we couldn't be happier with our new (to us) car. I have recommended Anne to others and everyone always thanks me.

I request Bob Allen when ever I need or have any service...

I request Bob Allen when ever I need or have any service issue and he always takes great care of me and goes the extra mile to make sure all my concerns are addressed. I have worked with some others but they are just not as attentive or efficient. He is always friendly and makes the extra effort to make you feel as if you are a special customer. I would recommend you request Bob if you have any service needs.
