I used to think very highly of this dealership in the

I used to think very highly of this dealership in the past. However, the last couple times I've been a little disappointed in how things have changed. The employees there are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. First, I was disappointed that the multipoint inspections are not always thorough and do not diagnose all issues with your vehicle. Secondly, I was disappointed that the dealership does not offer a loaner car when your vehicle is in for an extended time. Lastly, I was disappointed that they no longer give a courtesy car wash before you pick up vehicle after service. I am considering to start taking my Transit Connect into Brighton Ford for future service appointments. I know the owner, John Cueter has an excellent reputation of taking care of his customers.

Before reaching out to Suburban Ford of Waterford, I had visited several other dealerships that provided unfriendly service and a cold buying experience. In contrast, Wally’s approach felt personalized and special. He promptly addressed every question and concern, keeping me informed about every step of my trade-in process. Wally truly understands his customers’ wants and needs. If there were a way to give 10 stars, I would. You’ve earned a lifetime customer!

We had an interesting conversation about the life of my car. I'd heard that at 60,000 miles the engine would blow up....The person who told me this was very adamant that I sell my car before that happened bc it had happened to him. So I wanted to check it out with Kevin. Done and done.

Went there today to look at a used vehicle.

Went there today to look at a used vehicle. A very disappointing experience. My salesperson was Al and he was not very receptive. My experience made me wright this review. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this dealership.

Second time Suburban could not provide vehicle I desired.

Second time Suburban could not provide vehicle I desired. Had to keep calling salesman back. I gave up and leased a Chevy which fulfilled my needs and provided good customer service. Delivered vehicle to my home and took return of my Ford lease as desirable used vehicle including bonus pricing
