I used to think very highly of this dealership in the
I used to think very highly of this dealership in the past. However, the last couple times I've been a little disappointed in how things have changed. The employees there are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. First, I was disappointed that the multipoint inspections are not always thorough and do not diagnose all issues with your vehicle. Secondly, I was disappointed that the dealership does not offer a loaner car when your vehicle is in for an extended time. Lastly, I was disappointed that they no longer give a courtesy car wash before you pick up vehicle after service. I am considering to start taking my Transit Connect into Brighton Ford for future service appointments. I know the owner, John Cueter has an excellent reputation of taking care of his customers.

Went there today to look at a used vehicle. A very disappointing experience. My salesperson was Al and he was not very receptive. My experience made me wright this review. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this dealership.

Second time Suburban could not provide vehicle I desired.
Second time Suburban could not provide vehicle I desired. Had to keep calling salesman back. I gave up and leased a Chevy which fulfilled my needs and provided good customer service. Delivered vehicle to my home and took return of my Ford lease as desirable used vehicle including bonus pricing
