My vehicle was stolen from their SERVICE BAY a week ago! Messages have been left for GM Rob Love with NO return phone call, no apology, nothing. Total negligence on their part! Everybody here should be fired! Apparently their answer is to ignore you after they wrong you and let your vehicle be stolen. Do not take your vehicles here. These people are crooked liars!

Service was excellent until I received a survey.
Service was excellent until I received a survey. They attempted to bribe me with a full tank of gas for all 10s on the survey. When they did not receive all tens, well, needless to say, we did not receive the free tank of gas. However, we received a discouraging text from the salesman. Even though I attempted to let the sales rep and his manager know that I appreciated their service (as indicated by 9s and 10s in the survey), I was informed by them that I would not receive the truck bed cover they promised before the survey, due to the survey scores I provided. They said, "The survey cost them money." Agaqin, I gave them 9s and 10s. I am currently attempting to get this matter resolved with management

They are great. I had an extended warranty and that is most definitely a life saver. The dealership was able to provide me with transportation while my vechile was being repaired.
