I literally spent all day at two different dealerships. Both were bad experiences with salesmen who were trying to use "tactics" on me. Exhausted, I went home and went online and found a Jeep that fit my style, budget, etc. I called the dealership and got Paul. He was nice, seen me right away, was very honest with me, and talked to me like I was a person and not a sales target. I got my jeep, and he got a loyal customer and probably some referrals.

We were in the market to replace my wife’s car. We had looked at & driven a few non Chrysler products. I stopped by Suburban Chrysler to look at a Jeep Compass. I met with Dan Hamblin who showed & explained the different Compass platforms. I explained that i was torn between a lease or purchase & while i test drove a Compass Latitude Dan worked up pricing for both scenarios. As the vehicle was going to be for my wife i wanted her to drive it before any deal was finalized. We returned in a couple of days so she could test drive it. Dan had her vehicle appraised for trade while she test drove the Compass. Dan came back with a trade in value that we were comfortable with & we agreed on a purchase price. Upon delivery Dan went over the with both of us in detail. All through the process he was professional, upfront & honest. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone in the market for a Chrysler product.

I had been trying to get my vehicle for 4 days at another dealer, they were horrible!
