Sansone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Worst dealership experience i have ever had. There is an issue i am trying to resolve for over 8 weeks. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. When I went to the showroom they wouldn't come down to talk to me and pushed it off on the secretary and then some guy who just shook his head and said he understood I was not satisfied. Once they get your money they want nothing to do with you.

Called a week ago about a Jeep and spoke with Jerry in Jeep sales who claimed he would call me back with trade value which never happened. Called him back the next week and Jerry claimed he never spoke to me and they lowballed the trade. I then told him take trade out of deal and get me bill of sale with a total and I’ll bring a cashiers check. Was told it’s their managers policy not to give out of state customers any final prices. They’re doing this to add fees on your total after you drive 2 hours there thinking you won’t leave without a car. I was then told the jeep was sold yet it is still advertised on their site. They’re playing the bait and switch game with awful customer service and is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else with your money because this place does not deserve it. Took my business elsewhere and had a better experience with no games.
