Purchased an Alfa Romeo in Feb 2025.

Purchased an Alfa Romeo in Feb 2025. The Service area is terrible, they never answer the phone. We requested a duplicate key in Feb when we bought the car, still nothing & it's June. They said that keys were running 30 days behind but it's now been over 120 days. We bought a service pkg & I have no idea how we'll be able to schedule service if noone answers the phone. It's a mess. Worst service we've ever experienced at a dealership!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at alpha Romeo of Plano. I was shown multiple vehicles by sales person “Gabriella” although I did not purchase a vehicle I would definitely refer friends and family to this location based on the customer service I had received.

The service department is in need of a refresh.

The service department is in need of a refresh. We had not received an update after the vehicle having sat at the dealership for over two weeks. After calling in to ask for a status, no one available to pick up the phone. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with zero communication and even less transparency in their process. I recommend taking any business to another dealer.

My salesman Bob was excellent and very knowledgeable

My salesman Bob was excellent and very knowledgeable about Alfa Romeos. He patiently explained everything to me and was very helpful through the whole leasing process. If you want an Alfa, Bob is your guy! A true professional. Thanks, Bob!

11 hours ago I've owned more than a few high end luxury vehicles. This luxury purchase experience from Alfa Romeo of Plano was, by far, the worst luxury experience I've ever experienced. I would rate it a zero if I could.

R.J. was amazing and had a wealth of knowledge on the

R.J. was amazing and had a wealth of knowledge on the Alfa Romeo brand; he is the go-to guy concerning any information on the brand and updates that you may need on your purchasing decision. You are well informed, whether to buy or lease any new Alfa Romeo model line! I retired my 3-year-old leased Stelvio at this dealership to get into a new Tonale, and R.J. was kind enough to deliver my new Tonale to my house and pick up my old lease for returning it! Two thumbs up!

Our sales rep Chad was fantastic.

Our sales rep Chad was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, definitely not pushy. Start to finish with him was a breeze, very comfortable and happy with my purchase. However, dealing with Saad in financing was nothing less than disgusting. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was stunned at how he spoke to me, and literally turned to walk away from the entire deal but I refuse to let him cheat me and Chad out of this deal. This was 2 days ago and I'm still appalled at his attitude and the way he belittled me. I would happily send anyone to Chad with the understanding to avoid Saad at all costs. Even the cost of losing the deal and vehicle ultimately. He is the worst of the car sale industry, the very picture of every negative stereotype and the reason most people especially women hate car shopping. I truly regret not walking out of his office and demanding someone else to work with. If had im sure I would have had a better lasting impression of the entire process. As of now I'm left dismayed by his arrogance.

I am having Mercedes Benz GLC 300 4Matic and I had

I am having Mercedes Benz GLC 300 4Matic and I had multiple services (A2 & A3) with Alfa Romeo and I had a very bad experience as they didn't do the diligent work. For A3 service Alfa Romeo charged me double the price as opposed to Mercedes Benz. When I enquired with Benz showroom in Dallas area they are charging $345 + Taxes but Alfa Romeo charged me around $750 and they didn't even top up fluids. During my service, the service person (ZAK) said he is going to do car wash and give it to me but he did nothing and just returned my car after the service. It was really a worst experience I ever had in my experience and they just rip of money from my pocket by doing nothing. They charged me too much price for A2 my service as well and I have tried to call Chris who is in charge of service center doesn't have any courtesy to pick up my call and listen to my VM. After I had couple of services with them I was hearing buzzing noise from windshield so while I was checking with the service person (ZAK) said there is an issue in dashboard and it requires 10 hours work and it might cost me $2000. I took my vehicle to Benz service center and I fixed it for just $230 and am not hearing noise anymore. I would say these people are one of the worst service providers around Dallas area so be watchful and mindful.
