I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within 40
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within 40 days, it broke down three times — each time going into limp mode, making it unsafe and undrivable. After the second breakdown, the car had to be towed back to the dealership, where it sat for 29 days with minimal communication from the service department. When I finally received an update, I was told the issue was a “fluke.” I was skeptical, but gave them the benefit of the doubt — only for the vehicle to break down again shortly after I picked it up. At that point, all professionalism disappeared. The owner/general manager, who initially seemed helpful, quickly became unresponsive and completely stopped communicating with me. The service department ignored my emails and refused to answer or return my calls. As a paying customer who bought a car in good faith, this entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles or value their customers once the paperwork is signed.

I found a car on Brinson Kaufman's website.
I found a car on Brinson Kaufman's website. I went to the dealership and the salesman pointed out the vehicle. He took my driver's license so I could take the vehicle for a test drive. After being gone for what I considered an inordinate amount of time to make a copy of a license, he came back and said the price was about $10,000 higher than shown on the website. I told him I thought that was being dishonest.

After a few weeks of looking around Kyle was able to get
After a few weeks of looking around Kyle was able to get me what I wanted for my trade in on a new traverse. Best of all he was able to work most of it without me having to go in. Once I got there I was in and out. The owner came over and thanked me for my business. From start to finish everything went smooth. I wasn’t pressured into anything I didn’t want and they got my payment where I wanted it. I couldn’t recommend them more! Thanks Kyle!
