Great Experience! I've been looking for a used truck like the one I bought at Victorville Mitsubishi for 6 months. So I have had to talk and negotiate with many a dealer. By far this was the most pleasant, maybe even fun experience I've had during this process. Zero hard sell - no dealer add ons like satellite tracking, paint protection, door edge guards! You still need to negotiate mind you, and do your homework, but my salesman Oscar was great and very helpful in the process. He helped me understand different aspects of the truck and even got mechanics to help answer questions he could not! The finance manager Dawn was very good, she explained all of standard fees and taxes very well. That part can be intimidating and confusing so she did a great job explaining everything and was super friendly! Being a smaller dealership it felt like the entire staff really wanted to make the entire experience as personable and pleasant as possible. Highly recommend Victorville Mitsubishi!

Bunch of thieves
I bought user car from them, and found a lot of hidden damage on it, - headlight drl not working (impossible to see at day light) - huge hole at the bottom of the car - missing parts in a trunk - bumper was on zip ties Additional to that they included hidden fees into the contract and everybody told me: No, it's not over car price, it's included. Be careful I would never buy car with them again
