John Jones served as our vendor during the purchase of a 2025 Kia Sorento. Initially, the vehicle presented a malfunction; however, John and his team went above and beyond to assist us. They ultimately replaced our car with an identical model, ensuring that everything was in perfect working order before we took delivery. Their dedication to customer service and attention to detail made the experience much more positive.

In looking for my best car option I needed up at Tameron

In looking for my best car option I needed up at Tameron Kia. They were great and Melynie Tapp did a great job helping choose the best option for me. I got a Niro Hybrid and have to say, I love it ! Good price, and they were very easy to deal with. No high sales pressure. Thanks Melynie !

Hello this Kia dealership will take your money the

Hello this Kia dealership will take your money the maintenance team are not doing there job there trying to take advantage of seniors… They charged me $207 for a diagnostics. To tell me I needed spark plugs, that’s was done 6mths again!!!!!

Should be zero to no stars! NEVER BUY from TAMERON Kia!The MOST INCOMPETENT STAFF On Earth! From the Finance Guy, Alex With more Excuses than a broken toilet 🚽 And then there’s that Rude Brain Dead Woman That has the Audacity to call herself a Manager More Excuses, Jennifer! Q was the only one at Tameron Kia that took control of the situation and handled it with care and success!

Don’t waste your time, they will lie just to get you

Don’t waste your time, they will lie just to get you there . I drove three hours for nothing… and then asked me to leave after I didn’t shake his hand, man 🖕🏾you‼️ and Paris with her lien azz..‼️

Finance department is horrible.

Finance department is horrible.. please watch your paperwork. Add extended warranty saying it's the manufacturer warranty. Won't give you sticker that was on the car that shows added features. Your total will come up higher than you discuss with Salesman. The manager is horrible. Manager trys to play race game. Car is terrific but dealership is horrible. I would be aware of doing business there. They got me for $3000 extra than I should be paying.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Tameron Kia Westbank on Saturday, Aug 3, 2024. After waiting for 3 hours to get a salesperson to assist us, we negotiated a deal and shook hands on it. However, I was shocked to have the dealership revoke the agreement. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their integrity and customer service. At the last minute, they told me that the paperwork I had signed was not for the car I originally wanted and agreed to. If I wanted to get the car I had initially chosen, I would have to pay $90 more every month, bringing the total to $1090 per month. This last-minute change is completely unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. They even brought the car to the back to get detailed. Luckily, my husband checked the VIN and model. They tried to give us a lower model with the price we agreed on for the higher model. This level of dishonesty is appalling. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that we have already purchased three cars from this dealership: one Sportage and two Tellurides. Despite being loyal customers, we were treated with disrespect. The sales manager, David C Murray. He told me that there was no person I could talk to about this matter and that I couldn't talk to anyone else When I asked to speak with his supervisor or someone in a higher position. This response left me feeling even more discriminated against and unheard. I can't believe that a reputable dealership would treat a customer this way, especially based on ethnicity and gender. Afterwards, I found out the store manager, Craig, was sitting there the whole time. Instead of helping out with the situation, they just let it happen. I expected a reputable dealership to honor their commitments and treat all customers with respect, but instead, I was left feeling misled and frustrated. Due to their unethical practices and discriminatory behavior, I will be pursuing legal action. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable car buying experience.

I was looking for a new used car.

I was looking for a new used car. I love my Kia Soul. But it was time for a new vehicle. I searched online. There were two places i wanted to look at. The first one was close to where i live. The other was a TRUE Dealership. I looked at and test drove a few vehicles. Patient was on both of our sides. When I was ready I went to Tameron Kia in D'Iberville, MS. The staff was very friendly. Helped me figure out what vehicle i could afford and type of vehicle. TAMERON KIA IS GREATEST.
