Did all financial over the phone, was told we were pre-approved, no money down. We had to get a ride down since we had no car. Was a little over an hour away. Was there an 1 1/2 having to do financial paperwork again. They did paperwork first didnt even get to look at cars yet which I thought was odd, mind you is what we did over the phone we thought. Only to be told we would need alot of money down or a co signer. When asked about why we were told different on the phone, was told who took our info must have typed in numbers. wrong. When asking for that person by name to speak to, she didn't even work in person at that location, so we called her and she states she never said that. Shady dealership and wasted half our day. I asked what was cheapest car on the lot used? I was told a little over $15,000 with a little over 100,000 miles. Ridiculous price for the vehicle. Would never work with them or refer anyone.

Great experience! Just purchased a 2026 Sportage! Beautiful SUV! Angela Hebert was my associate I worked with and she was nothing short of Amazing. She went above and beyond Spending all day with me. She didn’t stop till the deal was done, even stayed late to show me the features of my new vehicle! I highly recommend her. Then along came Alex Perez, the finance Man! He worked so hard and found the loan that worked best for us. He didn’t stop! They are An AMAZING TEAM! They made a the whole experience very pleasant! Y’all are the absolute best! Thank you for everything yesterday!!! And man this Sportage is just beautiful!

Hello this Kia dealership will take your money the maintenance team are not doing there job there trying to take advantage of seniors… They charged me $207 for a diagnostics. To tell me I needed spark plugs, that’s was done 6mths again!!!!!

Finance department is horrible.. please watch your paperwork. Add extended warranty saying it's the manufacturer warranty. Won't give you sticker that was on the car that shows added features. Your total will come up higher than you discuss with Salesman. The manager is horrible. Manager trys to play race game. Car is terrific but dealership is horrible. I would be aware of doing business there. They got me for $3000 extra than I should be paying.
