Its never fun to have a check engine light come on and

Its never fun to have a check engine light come on and need service, but Schepel made the best experience as possible. They were able to provide me with a loaner SUV over the weekend. They had my 2016 Acadia Denali repaired very quickly. They also, were kind enough to come to my house to drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner. I am very impressed with their level of service and their commitment to the customer.

My Service Advisor was Matt Perry.

My Service Advisor was Matt Perry. Matt has always been Very helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs needed on my Lucerne CXL. I have found Matt to be a valuable asset to Schepel's Dealership and its customers. Because of the integrity and great customer service Matt has provided me, I would never even consider going anywhere else but Schepel for service on my Buick.
