I had a great experience purchasing my new 2026 ram. John Lipe was wonderful in guiding me through the process and explaining what was happening. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the different options and trim levels. It was a quick and efficient process. He and Leo in finance made an excellent team.

We agreed to 60 months but then later I saw they wrote it

We agreed to 60 months but then later I saw they wrote it for 66 months. They also kept telling me they did 121 point inspection and that I had a 3 month warranty on the used car. Come to find out days later the headlight was cracked and water crept in. They said they don't cover wearable items. Translation is that everything is wearable. Also the brakes were soft and come to find out the guide pins were seized. I guess that's not part of the 121 point inspection. Worst experience at a dealer and that's saying a lot. I would never recommend this place.

Robert Booth took forever to assess my vehicle which I

Robert Booth took forever to assess my vehicle which I was hoping the dealer would purchase. Three days later, the van was in the same condition but he said Robert found other things wrong with the vehicle and would not purchase. That's certainly the dealers prerogative, but what a waste of time. If you call me again to purchase a new vehicle, I'll be happy to scream at you Robert!
