Our salesperson, Rob really took the time to lay out the options of the vehicle we were interested in. It really helped us make a decision on the what to get. He was also extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle we chose. After purchasing he took the time to sit in the car with me and show me how it all worked. We will be going back to this dealership.

It happened to be pouring rain when we stopped to test
It happened to be pouring rain when we stopped to test drive and purchase the Jeep. Rob had the truck parked inside for us to look at, load up the kids, and go for a drive. The dealership is family friendly and the vehicle was fairly represented as advertised.

I wanted a Dodge Charger but did not have the money or...
I wanted a Dodge Charger but did not have the money or time to work through a big hassle and this dealership was a lifesaver. After having terrible experiences with my local dealerships I drove 4+ hours to East Hills and had a great experience. Ultimately, due to the courtesy and interest of Arnie in finance and Rob and Stan in sales, I was able to buy a beautiful Charger I could afford. Next time I need a car I'll happily drive 4+ hours again for this experience.

Quick and easy
Finally, a dealership without the normal sleazy salesmen. Rob was great. Everything was done nice and quick without any snags, very professional. I should have taken my husbands advice and went here first. Was able to get what I wanted at a lower price than anywhere else in town.

Slow sending info to Bank and "Lost" my vehicle
I special ordered a jeep gladiator at East hills jeep. After a few months (with no updates from my salesman) the jeep finally arrived in new jersey. We provided them all of the paperwork required by my bank which consisted of a simple form with just three things needed to be filled in and faxed to the bank. Nearly a week later I noticed no movement in the status on my loan, so I called USAA and found East hills never sent them the info. I called the dealership, spoke to many people and managers all saying they will look into it and get back to me. They never called me back. Finally the finance person we were dealing with was back in the office and sent it to USAA only after chasing him up. After the bank wired the money over, East hills arranged a date for me to come pick my car up. I arrived to retrieve the car and was told they "cant find my car." And that it must be lost in one of their lots or never left new jersey weeks before. This is after you take off from work and drive there. Now I am paying a loan and have insurance for weeks on a car the dealership can’t even find. Do your best to avoid these guys they cant even keep track of their cars never mind provide you a good service.

Dear Richard, We should have done a much better job. I'd say a lot of departments failed. While you already know this, we should have contacted you in advance and informed you of this occurrence so that we did not waste your time. I do not know why we can't locate your vehicle. From the notes in our database, it looks like you ordered your Jeep Gladiator in May. I can understand the excitement about getting this vehicle only to have this happen. I realize this is very troubling and concerning. I've spoken to our managers and they are doing all they can to find your truck.
