I have taken my 2021 numerous times for the same issue
I have taken my 2021 numerous times for the same issue and it has not been resolved. Currently, my vehicle as been there for almost 2 weeks and they could not provide me with a loner car. I have been renting a car which is a major expense. In addition, it's hard to get through to an employee in the service desk to even ask when my vehicle will be fixed. It has been a nightmare working with this dealership.

Am a young woman and I really needed a car but I was so nervous since I know very little about them. My father and my brother were away on a trip, and I decided to go alone despite having had bad experiences with other dealers. I finally visited this dealership and met Dehri Levine, who was very encouraging. Dehri helped me find a great car at an affordable price, which eased my worry about my father's reaction. The manager Michel Muyters and Frank Montero also assisted in setting up payment that fit my budget. My coworkers were also so impressed with my car and it's price! I felt so grateful to God that my prayers were answered, especially since my father was not upset. It's been over six months and everything is great!
