This is my second time buying a car from Westbury Toyota. They are terrific. I happen to live in Queens nearby Bayside Star Toyota. I went to both dealerships and find Westbury superior. Nothing against Bayside. My salesperson was Caleb Keating. Honestly, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Yes I recommend both.

This review pertains to my sales consultant, Caleb Keating. Last year, February 2024, I purchased a 2024 Corolla from Caleb. I posted a review on this site at that time. Now, I needed a car for my wife, so we made it his and hers Corollas, my car is in Underground (dark grey) , her car is in Celestite (blue). Caleb is the nicest sales person you will ever meet, doing everything to make you feel welcome and he worked with his superiors to get me a nice deal. There was some concern about how the tariffs might affect the auto industry, but at least at this writing, it did not affect me as the car was already built, it was just a question of getting it to me from another part of the country. It was expected between April 7 and April 15 and indeed, we picked it up on April 15. Caleb kept me posted via text on when the car might arrive at Westbury Toyota. The final cost is determined by the sales manager, but Caleb worked with his superior and I to get a deal that I considered fair. Most importantly, car dealers have a bad reputation. When dealing with Caleb, you know you are being treated with decency and respect and the car buying experience was not nerve wracking at all, it was an absolute pleasure, just like it was for me a year ago. If you are considering a Toyota vehicle, I suggest looking Caleb up, I think you will be pleased with his guidance. Bruce
