Excellent Job at Westbury Toyota Service - Whitney Mangano

I was extremely satisfied the way I was treated by Whitney when I brought my 2007 Toyota Camry for NYS Inspection. Whitney reminded me of a major repair issue I declined months before , in which I decided to have it fixed. She took car of the logistics including contacting my extended warranty company and provided me with a loaner car. The repair was completed and my camry was delivered as promised. Go Whitney !!

It was great device and very detailed!

Wesley Richards, was great explaining positives and the negatives regarding leasing vs buying, His enthusiasm about energy was second to none! His approach wasn't over baring, he made me feel Comfortable. Did a great job in convincing me, the Highlander was my best choice.... Thanks Again Jonath

My 2015 Toyota Rav4

I came to buy RAV4 2015, Mr. Wesley A. Richards assisted to do my process . And it was very polite and nice to deal with. If anybody is looking for Toyota car, I recommend it would be the best option for you.

Highlander Happy!

I had the pleasure ?of buying my car from Ralston Dunn. He was great to work with. He listened to what I needed and what features i wanted. He suggested a few vehicles that had the features I was looking for to find the best vehicle for me. He didn't waste my time with useless suggestions and absurd pricing. He came to me direct, honest and fair. I definitely recommend him if you are in the market for a new Toyota. I look forward to our next purchase and hope to do business with him again in the future.

Bernie Anatra was great to work with.

I've been buying and leasing my cars from Westbury Toyota since 1999, and overall, I have been more than satisfied with both the sales and service departments. I just leased a 2017 Camre XLE. I worked with Bernie Anatra. Bernie was pleasant and helpful. He listened and truly made me feel that he wanted to find me the car that met my requirements for the price I was prepared to pay. In addition, everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Westbury Toyota as a great place to buy or lease a vehicle.

Good customer service

very helpful but the process was a little slow. Insurance process is a little frustrating but other than that the finance part was pretty smooth.
