Habberstad BMW is the ultimate in professionalism and service. We have been customers there for years. We always have 2 cars. Our salesman, Miguel, did everything to meet our needs. We leased an i4 electric car. He located the white exterior and cognac interior that I wanted. The service department is beyond compare. We are always treated with respect and friendliness. We will only go to Habberstad for our BMW vehicles.

Terrible experience with unprofessional and arrogant manager! Asked for a price on two vehicles I was interested in. Salesperson asked if I got prices anywhere else. I said I did on an in stock vehicle at another dealer but was also interested in two vehicles at Habberstad. She asked “what can I do to earn your business?” I said give me a good price. She got her manager, Keshan (not sure of spelling) who then asked me what the other dealer offered. I said it didn’t matter and I just wanted to know what he would offer. he said “I am not going to give you a price so you can use it to go back to the other dealer and negotiate” He then walked away! Very professional, rude and arrogant.
