The employees were all very helpful.

The employees were all very helpful. Charlie Meuser, my salesman, was extremely polite, friendly, reliable and very accessible when we needed him. He returned my phone calls immediately and guided us through a very smooth process of trading in my old vehicle and in purchasing of my new Camry. I would highly recommend him. Other employees were also extremely helpful in resolving our problems with the new technology in the car. They were willing to spend a lot of time with us to explain the technology and to answer our questions.

The salesman was terrific.

The salesman was terrific. I don’t have kind words for the two people involved in approving my insurance. One approved and the other rejected it later. The insurance info was available at 3:00 but due to the incompetence of these two ladies I did not find out about the problem until after my insurance company office closed for the day. I should have been notified by these ladies much earlier in the day. Fortunately someone interceded and I was able to complete the transaction, no thanks to these two people’s negligence!!!!

What a great experience!!!! Chelsie was fantastic!!! Always had a smile on her face, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the Toyota product!!! If you are looking to lease or purchase a Toyota from Empire I would highly recommend asking for Chelsie!!!! For the finance aspect of the transaction that was also fantastic!!! I had the Finance manager Josh and he was cordial,sociable and extremely efficient and made the process extremely pleasurable!! I would highly recommend using Empire Toyota for your next purchase/lease!
