Manny was very informative in his description of the new Jeep Cherokee. He was helpful and extremely patient. Very pleasant experience. Rich was also very informative and was patient in the financing process of our vehicle as well. Overall there was so much less stress than we had experienced at other dealerships (not Chrysler). We're hopeful that the service will be as wonderful as the buying process was. Thank you all!

I went to Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge and dealt with Lori Z who was FANTASTIC!!!! I was very impressed with her knowledge of all of the vehicles. She looked to place me within my price point and found the most perfect vehicle to suit my needs meeting all of my requirements. I have leased many cars prior and have never had such outstanding service from start to finish. I am thrilled with my Jeep and with Lori and will never deal with anyone else!!

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THE LEVEL OF SERVICE JIM PROVIDED TO ME WAS WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! I OWN 3 VEHICLES INCLUDING A MERCEDES AND AN AUDI AND JIM SHOULD TEACH A CLASS TO THOSE GUYS ON HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER-FROM BEGINNING TO END JIM KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE ON MY VEHICLE-DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID AND AT THE END WAS A FEW DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN HE TOLD ME-HE HAD MY VEHICLE CLEANED AND TEST DROVE IT TO MAKE SURE MY VEHICLE WAS SAFE. I HAVE DEALT WITH JIM MANY TIMES AND EACH AND EVERY TIME HE IS A PROFESSIONAL AND HE DOES NOT ONLY TREAT ME THIS WAY-I SEE IT WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND WHATS AMAZING IS HE REMEMBERS EVERYONE'S NAME--JIM IS TRUELY AN ASSET TO TOWN AND COUNTRY AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BRING MY VEHICLE THERE AND WHEN MY DAUGHTER GRADUATES THIS YEAR I WILL BE BUYING HER A CAR FROM TOWN AND COUNTRY BECAUSE OF JIM--HE SHOULD BE COMMENDED BECAUSE I FEEL PEOPLE LIKE JIM ARE RARE!!!!! I needed a new car quickly. My cars engine died. I had been to 4 dealerships looking at various cars new and used before I cam to Town and Country. Scot was by far the most helpful salesperson I worked with. He completely understood my needs and quickly found the car I was looking for, at the price I wanted. I am very pleased with his service. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He did an excellent job!

I purchsed my vehicle new from the Dealership in November 2008. I have since changed the location of my employment and getting to the dealer was not always convienient. I was having some mechanical issues that i just wanted a Jeep certified mechanic to look into. Also, I had purchsed an extended warranty and was hoping some of the repair would be covered under my policy and wanted to give the dealership the opportunity for my business. I was able to get a loaner vehicle which proved to be priceless since parts needed to be ordered and the job would take a few days to complete. After getting the vehicle back, I noticed one of the items I requested did not get completed. When I called the dealer to explain I was greeted with an apology (not Jim ingrassia's fault) and assurance that it would be resolved without question. Everything that was promised was completed from start to finish to my full expectation. This includes the courtesy and pleasantness of Peggy, Jim Ingrassia, and I beleive Mark was the mechanic that did all the work. When I returned for the repair that was overlooked, I was due for an oil change, and rather than just get the service done, I was offered a package of 4 oil changes for one price. The finance manager was also understanding and thoroughly explained the financial process. I am happy about my overall experience and my new vehicle purchase.

Jim was not only understanding to my situation, but his constant communication was very helpful. He was very thorough and made sure the problem was solved completely before returning the car to me.
