Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

This place is an unprofessional chop shop. Avoid it at all costs. I bought a CPO used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. After 2 weeks the car began to stall, and continued doing so about once a week. Over the next 3 months, I brought the car into their service dept to "fix" the stalling issue 5-6 times. It continued stalling after every visit. They would not refund my purchase, at which point I filed a "lemon law" suit. The general manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, basically calling me a "liar". I could not "prove" the car was stalling, so I did not win the lemon law suit. However, about a month later, the car died on the highway, at which point another dealership found water damage in the engine and considered it a "total loss". I honestly am infuriated just thinking about this dealership and the people running it. You could not pay me to walk back in there.

Priscilla and TK were great - thanks for making it easy! Walked away with a Grand Cherokee and a Wrangler - quick and easy. Very helpful and terrific followup.

Jim is nothing but nice and accommodating whenever I need anything done with my jeep. He always has a smile on his face and is always happy to help the customer.

We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. The second and third were based on excellent sevice. I have never entered the service department without getting a friendly greeting from Jim Ingrassia. He goes out of his way to make you feel like a valued customer. Please note that our saleman Scott Froehlich is outstanding as well.

For the past 6 years i have owned two jeeps. Everytime i needed service, parts or just needed a question asked, i called Jim Ingrassia who is a service consultant at Town & Country in Levittown Long Island NY. Jiim has always gone above and beyond for me everytime i speak to him. Every phone call he is a pleasant, happy, and tremendously helpful. He is a very valuable asset to that company and knowing i have someone like him that i can call when i need something. For these reasons, i will continue to own, buy and service my vehicles at Town & Country Jeep. Also in the time i have owned my Jeeps, I have lived in BayShore NY. Which is about 30-40 min drive from Levittown where the dealer is. I will continue to drive rite past all other closer dealers to me and go to Town & Country Jeep just because i know i will always have great, no stress, experience when I see Jim Ingassia.

First off, don't believe the price posted. They will add about 1400 in fees, and then add tax to that. They will not you see anyone about financing and figuring out monthly cost until you put your down payment down. They will ask you to add the car you haven't even bought yet on your insurance. They will basically refuse to negotiate. They act as if they are doing you the biggest favor in the world by letting you buy a car there. The manager will be very rude, pushy, and try to pressure you into the sale. I would rather pay more than ever deal with them....ever. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Having dealt with many dealerships throughout the years with my vehicle purchases and service needs, I find that Town & Country of Levittown, NY and its employees, is exceptional and goes above and beyond. Each time I have dealt with the dealership, the personnel has been friendly and courteous, from start to finish of each of my experiences. Most dealerships underestimate the importance of a good service department and I have met with many disappointments in the past. However, this dealership serves its customers with respect and professionalism and it should not go unnoticed.

My husband & I had a great experience from start to finish. Mr. Robert Tantillo was extremly helpful What we really love was the fact "Bobby" was not pushy and he had alot of patience with us. We would recommend our friends and family to go to Town & Country anyday!
