Team Toyota Maintenance Experience

Team Toyota in Schererville, Indiana has by far been the most pleasant auto dealer/maintenace group I've ever dealt with. Dating back to the summer of 2007 when I purchased my Prius (thanks again Milo) i've been treated with nothing but respect and courtesy from every employee there. Taking my Prius in for routine maintenace is a pleasure as the work is timely plus the waiting room in the facility is outstanding! My 14 year old daughter will be getting the Prius i currently drive when she turns 16 which means i'll be buying a brand new one, and it will definitely be from Team Toyota in Schererville.

great sales and service

I have been visiting this service department for the last 2 years and recently traded in my lease for a wonderful used 2013 RAV 4. This is overall the most professional, friendly, and pleasant dealership I have dealt with in my 30 years of car ownership!

My time at Team Toyota Service Dept.

My time at Team Toyota getting my car service was like being at my friends house. Gregg who always takes care of me is super, the guy's who do the work on my auto are great. I never have a problem with anybody at Team Toyota. You get there and are offered a cup of coffee and cookies jus being at home you meet other people getting their cars service and have a great conversation with them before you know it your car is finished. The whole time you are there is great I would never go to any other service dept only the Team Toyota Of Highland

Great service.

Service reps were very helpful in giving us all the information on what was needed and being done on our SUV. Everyone was very friendly and we will keep bringing in our SUV for its regular maintenance checkups.

Great & reliable service

Went in for problem with engine light and rattle underneath my 03 Avalon. They found and repaired the problems in short order. The service rep was very helpful. I would recommend this dealer to my family members. I didn't even have an appointment.

Toyota Celica

I purchased my 2002 Toyota Celica new from this dealership & have always taken it there for service. 3 or 4 of the service writers have been there for almost as long as I had my car & they are all friendly & I always say hello to them, even if they are not the person waiting on me. A very friendly place & the site was built new 1-2 yrs. ago so it is in very good condition. You can't beat Toyota for reliability- my car is 12 yr. old with 126,000 miles on it & it has never gone into the service bay for repairs-only for maintenance ( oil changes, filter changes etc.). Today I traded it in on a new 2014 Rav 4. A repeat buyer tells you something about the product & dealership.

Service Visit

We brought our '06 Avalon and '08 Sienna in for oil changes. The staff was friendly and competent. They checked the record of service on both vehicles and recommended some procedures for the Sienna. Both vehicles were also give a general check-over, and the Sienna was found to need some brake work. All work was done in the time frame we were told to expect. We have had no problems with the cars. No Appointment!!!

I needed a tire rotation and I walked in without making an appointment. I was taken right away and enjoyed waiting in their classy waiting area. I couldn't believe I was out in less than 30 minutes!! The service was wonderful and the friendly atmosphere will make me come back over and over. I look forward to many years of great service and you can count on me to tell my friends about your dealership.
