We had a very pleasant experience in the beginning; looking and test driving used vans. However, once we made a decision and agreed to purchase the vehicle, we felt that we became a number instead of valued clients. What seemed to me like small requests were met with short responses. Then, when we returned to pick up the van and finalize financing, we again felt like we were treated well. I know that Mohawk Honda is a busy and popular place, but my experience in the middle of the process left me feeling annoyed. In the end, we are happy with our purchase and I hope to be a long term customer.

Once you get all of the documentation back, please look through it, and send me anything that I am supposed to have - Allen and I were just a bit sketchy on some of what was in the folder and even more sketchy about what I should or should not have a copy of.
