My wife and have purchased several new Honda cars from dealers south of Albany, NY. No experience was enjoyable as when my wife and I worked with sales rep Cameron McKenna and his assistant Amir to purchase the CRV of our dreams. Mohawk has the inventory, colors and features to choose from that we could not find closer to home. The amount of showroom, cars, service area is a shoppers dream.

I Great experience! Pricing was fair, service was fantastic. Handled two trades and the test drive and purchase of a new vehicle. I don't think I spent more than 2 hours at the dealership. Cam, Brianna, and Deanna were awesome! Handled everything from start to finish.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer service sucks. Their GM is rude and insulting. Their commercial says they go out of their way to please you which they don’t. Their business managers suck at following up with customers. Had to make a 100 phones calls

Really great experience this is our second car with Mohawk Honda and we are really happy and can’t wait to continue our service with the dealership.

This is my 4th vehicle with Travis and I still haven't test driven a single one. That's trust! It was also my 1st experience with a delivery specialist and I must say... I've been missing out all of these years. Izaak was phenomenal! His knowledge and patience was exactly what I needed. I learned more in 10 minutes then I have the last 4 years with my prior vans 😊 and huge Bonus he was good with my kids and offered to help me carry/bring them back into the building. As a mom of 3 having someone offer to help with your kids during this process is a huge plus! If you haven't experienceed a family environment when buying a car, you aren't shopping in the right place. All of my kids were occupied and acknowledgeed in ways that suited them by all levels of staff. They will have my business forever!

Had a very good experience with Linda Vasko great sales person and Ryan Karabin explained the electronic systems and answered all my questions. Thank you, a very friendly and warm atmosphere throughout the dealership.
