Love my new CR-V, I just wish I hadn’t test drove the Accord

I’m really enjoying my CR-V and getting used to the press button ignition, lol. Brian was knowledgeable, friendly, and fair, taking the stress out of making a big ticket purchase. Gabe provided all the feature details on our test drive and Samantha’s emails were helpful without being intrusive. I only wish I hadn’t driven the 2020 Accord 2.0. That turbo is something else. Luckily, all the drivers in my family are equally thrilled with the CR-V so I maybe the Accord is in my future. :-) Seriously though, this is a great dealership. Good people across the board and I love how involved they are in the community. Highly recommended.

BOUGHT A 2017 USED RIDGELINE

Vehicle was reasonably priced, and in good condition except that I had to purchase new tonneau cover because the existing one was removed by the dealership because, it supposedly was " not original Honda equipment". I understand the concept of requiring Honda parts but confiscating a Tonneau cover? I found that odd and more than a little irritating to have to buy a new one. And the sales pitch I got about an extended maintenance plan and a "Simonize spray" which is supposedly needed to protect the paint because the paint no longer contains lead seemed a little odd. If Hondas are so well built then why would a buyer need "Simonize" and/or a costly additional extended maintenance plans. If Honda is so unsure about the quality of their paint then they should do the "Simonize" in the factory. Nicole Oeser was excellent. She was polite, very attentive, professional and knew much about the Ridgeline model. She is a solid employee, very intelligent, receptive, organized and very helpful. Dealership put on the accessories that I bought for the truck quickly and the vehicle was ready on time. Parking at the dealership was readily available and the building very neat and clean. All workers I can in contact with were polite and helpful.

Fair efficient fast and highly professional.

I had a great experience purchasing my Honda CR-V. I thought the price was fair, both on the new vehicle and trade, and the salesperson was not pushy at all. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly got me a high quality vehicle at a fair price. I also changed vehicles at the last minute and everyone jumped on my request quickly. The delivery experience was fast and fun too!

Great Experience

Evan Zwahlen was wonderful to work with. He was very fair and put up with our demands which were many. He was very easy to work with and courtesy and pleasant, I would definitely go back to Evan when I need a new car again. .Everyone at Mohawk Honda was very friendly and looked happy to be at their jobs. I love my CR-V Brad Cittadino was very nice and got me out quickly after all the paperwork. Gabe Fernandez was great at showing me how to use the features of my car which was what I needed.. When we arrived Mark Ellis was so energetic and pleasant and very happy to assist us in finding the right saleman.

Everyone was very nice. It was quick and easy to buy the car. Salesman was Brandon and I don't remember the name of the finance man or the guy who showed me how to use the car.
