I needed to have my new 2017 Corola aligned because the steering wheel was off center. After Thomas Toyota's service department aligned the car, the steering wheel was still off center. The service advisor was unable to answer any of my questions and did not give me any paperwork. I took my 2017 Corolla to another Toyota dealership where they fixed the alignment without a problem. They SHADY part about the repair that Thomas Toyota did was that there was NO SERVICE RECORD in Toyota's data base. I will be servicing my new Toyota at a different dealership. They lost a customer for life!

My 21 yr old sons old Pontiac died yesterday leaving 1 car for 3 person household, I needed a car and FAST. I already have a 99Toyota Sienna and it reliability has always been there. I have several friends with Toyotas as well and I just felt better with another Toyota in the family. I knew Thomas was the closest and though reluctant of large dealers, gave it a shot. ( I try to buy from private parties when possible, but this was not an option now). We explained our situation, they were patient, gave us all our options, worked every angle, and at the end of the put him a safe reliable car. My Thanks to Katherine and Tom for your dedication and hard work. The only drawback, though minor, is lack of refreshments. My son doesn't drink coffee. Perhaps a soda machine and a larger variety of snacks beside popcorn.
