They waited on 5 others before me and I was there first. Then asked for my keys to move my car. Manager said it didn't happen. Didn't apologize, told me I made it up.

this is the second car we have purchased from Thomas Toyota. Each time the experience has been amazing. The salespeople are always very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Rich was our salesman this last time. He made the entire experience seamless, by having the cars we were interested in lined up next to each other so we could compare them. He had each car ready for us to drive. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The entire office staff were friendly and helpful. Our experience has been the same with the service end of the business, so buying a car at Thomas Toyota is a bonus. You get both a great experience buying a car and a great service experience.

I seriously can't believe how great the service was here! For the 1st time in my life, I felt that the staff & salesmen were honest people trying to help me and NOT scam artists trying to get me to buy the wrong car. A really kind (and patient) young man by the name of Anastacio Salazar (AKA Junior) was super helpful. I told him my budget and he actually did everything he could to keep me within my means. He made the whole thing such a great experience. Apparently, they're one of the 1st dealers to roll out a service in which you're presented with the best possible price upfront and don't have to negotiate down to a reasonable number. This is amazing for anyone who is not good at negotiating, or just doesn't want to have to fight for a good price! I got a brand new 2016 Corolla and it was hooked up (especially for the price I paid). Fog lights, tail, Bluetooth, rims, door protector...the works! I thought I was going to have to drive off the lot with the most basic car but they worked their magic to give me something I was actually excited about. I would highly recommend this place!
