Simplicity is Beauty.

Worked with Kim and had a wonderful experience. She handled my entire transaction. At first it was odd that she didn’t get 4 other hidden managers involved until I realized this is what buying a car should be. Simple.

I understand supply and demand, but you can still deal

I understand supply and demand, but you can still deal with integrity and not play games. Unless you have to buy a car because they are the only one who has it, then good luck. Otherwise I'd avoid this place like the plague. Very disingenuous, shady dealings, outright lying after agreeing to negotiated pricing, basically driven by greed and really don't care about you as a satisfied customer. Go find a reputable dealer in the far west countryside like I then did and end up with a much better buying experience. I'd give this place negative 10 stars if I could. Can't believe Toyota Corporate allows this crap.

Great Service

My experience with Kimberly was a memorable one, I’d give it 100/10 if I could. She got me everything I was looking for even though I was going to settle for less. She’s more than just a saleswoman. I see her climbing up into management sometime soon so don’t miss out on getting a vehicle from her. :)

I normally don't give bad reviews but this place is quite

I normally don't give bad reviews but this place is quite disappointing. They advertise new cars on their website, but when you call in, they don't have that car anymore. They also tell you bluntly that they are charging 'market adjustment' on top of MSRP. They would call randomly but they never seem to have the record/history of what I am in the market for. Once I tell them AGAIN, it is like starting the whole discussion all over again. I have exchanged emails with Karl Regalado and Karl Regalado with no positive results. Very disappointing overall; i am looking elsewhere now.

cheats and liars

Stay away from these crooks . I bought in a New car still under 3 yr /36000 mile warranty with seized up defective brake caliper that destroyed the rotor and brake on one side. There is a technical service bulletin to replace with newly designed caliper. the dealer instead tried to charge me 800 for new brakes on a car with 30000 miles on it with a seized rotor that was defective and caused the problem. Also I had purchased a 100000 mile extended warranty for $2000 and they still would not fix the brakes . I Had to get corporate Toyota involved even after just purchasing a 2021 and a 2022 toyota to add to the other six toyota vehicles that my kids and wife drive. They are liars and will try to cheat you. Now going to a different dealer but this dealer would not provide the proper paperwork either . Run from these fools they will do their best to cheat you. Toyota quality has gone down the tubes and their warranties are not worth the paper that they are written on. They have defective parts that they know need replacing but will not repair the vehicle when these parts destroy other components.

Used car buyers turned away.

Used car buyers beware: Based on my interaction with this dealership over the last two days when trying to buy a 2015 Lexus GX460 I was told they do not sell used cars to the public. Although they advertise used cars for sale both on their own website and other sites like Cars.com. When you go the dealership and ask to take the car for a test drive, you are then told that they only wholesale them and that their salespeople only sell new cars. You are not allowed to buy the car unless you are a wholesaler. When I asked to talk to a manager, they told me the car was already sold, but it was still listed on all the websites including their own website still as of today, a day later. I spent time on their website going thru the car buying process selection on the website for this particular car, spending 30 minutes or more on the process without any notice that car was either sold or for wholesale purchase only. Would it not be easier to the public to indicate on your website that the used cars are not available for purchase unless you are a wholesale buyer, instead of consumers spending their time doing research and paying for car fax reports and going to the dealership and being told that they cannot sell you a used car. They do indicate that they can sell you a new car with similar options that were available on the used car that you originally came into buy.
