I've been a customer of Prestige Toyota for 14 years. In that time I have always received wonderful treatment both in the sales and service departments. On October 28, 2016 I picked up my latest car purchase from Prestige. It's a 2017 Corolla SE. I love my new car! Of course it's wonderful! It's a Toyota! As usual, the service I received throughout this transaction was excellent. My salesperson, Noah O'Byrne was so helpful! He was patient and kind as he spent time explaining all the features of my new car. I'm 68 years old. All those new bells/whistles and safety features could have been daunting. However, Noah is so knowledgeable and patient that I left able to understand and enjoy them. When it came to the financing I was served by Shannon Potter, Business Manager. This woman is an ultimate professional. She's knowledgeable and clearly explained all my options. Shannon made what could have been a stressful situation a breeze! Even the Sales Manager, Gino, took time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. To top it all off that day was my birthday! When I arrived to pick up my car they had put a big red bow on it and all wished me a Happy Birthday!

Noah was amazing from the time I walked in was friendly but what really did the trick he Listend to me and really hit all the marks that I wanted in a car was very happy THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ARE THE BEST

We leased a new Sienna. It comes with state of the art technology that is best understood by millenials and their younger sisters and brothers. Our sales person, Laura, took us through the amazing capabilities of this technology. Her familiarity with the system was obvious. No fumbling around for her. She was a good teacher and definitely focused on us. Terrific experience.

Ms. Pulga, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She really cared that I was happy with the car I chose. I have found salespeople to be very pushy in the past and Ms. Pulga wasn't at all. Overall my experience at Prestige, with all the staff, was very positive and I would definitely recommend the dealership.

I had the same sales guy forever. Then the guy retired. So before meeting Gerry, I had a terrible new salesperson. Gerry was great. But most important to me is to have a local guy I can trust and talk to. I'm not big on computer shopping.
