Friendly service

I liked that the service people are friendly & helpful. Explained everything that I needed to know with what was worked on & what would happen with a recall part when it came in.

went above and beyond

I went to this dealership not knowing what to expect. All Sales people were wonderful especially George Alicia. They explained my options to me and I walked out feeling wonderful that I had made this purchase. I love my Jeep and will continue to go to this dealership after my trade in. Phenomenal service!!

Had the pleasure of meeting Anthony accidentally when I was having an issue with my 2012 Jeep Patriot in service, which Bill was also and is always a pleasure to work with, and asked about the 2016 Jeep Patriot because of all the letters I was receiving in the mail about Healey wanting to buy back that vehicle. Anthony was more than willing to schedule an appointment with me 2 days later to discuss my options. Anthony did everything he could to make sure that all my needs and wants were met in getting a new vehicle, as well as going about the process extremely quickly. I went to our appointment on Monday evening to only discuss my options, only to leave agreeing to pick up my new vehicle the following day. I could not have asked for better service!

Customer Service/ Sales

Manny took a lot of time to explain the retails of each vehicle I was considering. I visited 2 days in a row. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Unheard of experience

Went to see a SRT8 Grand Cherokee and didn't like it. We found out one of the sales managers had one and he made us an offer to buy his to make us happy!! Craziest experience and most unheard of experience ever!! Who buys a car owned by a manager at a dealership because they wanted us to be happy?! Will go back for sure!!

Prompt (I arrived 10-15 minutes before 8am). Informed me of all concerns for approval. Explained what may be due for service X miles from now and I was on my way early enough.

Went in for oil change and service. Employees were Courteous and respectful...those are big in my book. They even took care of an open recall that I was unaware of.
