I had the worst experience of my life do not buy a car

I had the worst experience of my life do not buy a car from here you will be disappointed at some point I promise this place needs to be boycotted and kicked off of route 52 they cracked my oilpan and didn’t tell I found out after I drove 1000 miles away from home and they still tried to charge me and then made my car have a oil consumption problem this is the worst dealership ever

I have submitted many reviews being a long time Hyundai

I have submitted many reviews being a long time Hyundai buyer/ leaser. .I am doing it again to compliment and give many accolades to another fantastic salesman, business MGR. who is a such a great asset to the HEALEY work force...His name Is 'Chris Morales'.. What a sweet, sensitive, humorous, considerate, man he was helping a Sr. Citizen decide on what her options were for buying/ leasing a newer car...After much anxiety/ agonizing thoughts of what to decide, he explained everything to me with such respect & detail leading me to decide alone which was the best option for me.. I sincerely thank him for all he did for me & am asking the Mgt. team to somehow reward him in someway by acknowledging his great work ethics and business skills... This business transaction translated into a cohesive relationship between us and his expertise helped me to decide what to do.. Many Kudos to you CHRIS for you helping a LIL ole Sr. Citizen... :-).. All the other Team @ Healey's were great too.

I have bought many cars from many dealers and Healy

I have bought many cars from many dealers and Healy Hyundai was one of the best. Very honest unlike many dealers I have encountered! I would recommend them highly. I live out of state and they did have some issues with NJ Motor Vehicle getting my plates. They kept me informed and I could not ask for anything more. Great dealer.

Healey hyundai is trying to help us with a recall.

Healey hyundai is trying to help us with a recall. Phil the manager is helping us. Hopefully he can as Hyundai keeps passing the buck. On our 3rd 12 volt battery and Hyundai is doing nothing. Just wasting time. Hopefully Healey Hyundai will get it done.

I had a concern with my old lease .

I had a concern with my old lease . Spoke to James Barrett he put me at ease and took care of everything for me . It's comforting to know that my situation was resolve from one phone call!! I will definitely recommend this dealership based on my experience. Leasing my 2nd car from them. Thank You and Stay personable !!!

We recently had our first oil change on our 2024

We recently had our first oil change on our 2024 tusconand notice over the next few day an oil leak onto our newly paved driveway I contacted the s service dept and instead of getting us right in to fix the situation they told us we would have to make an appointment for that as it is a diagnostic problem hello they just changed the oil any way aske to speak with the service manager and was blown of I had to take it some place to have it checked took ten minutes and they didn’t even charge me if this is what they call service we will not purchase another vehicle from Healy Hyundai ps still haven’t heard from the service manager
