New car

I was very happy at the speed and assistance offered at the dealership. They ubderstood my needs and found me a car which got me out of a bad loan and into a reasonable one that will improve my score. Ability to pay was never the issue just needed a better well adjusted affordabke finance and a newer vehicle.

Excellent experience

The sales person who assisted me was informative and not at all pushy. He was prepared for my appointment and showed that he understood my needs. Very professional and personable. Easy to work with.

Fabulous

This was the best car buying experience I have had in all my years. The dealership is great plus they are also open on Sundays. It has convenient hours for both sales and service. Their staff was so friendly & inviting. Not once did I feel pressured. My Salesperson, Brando, was wonderful, very knowledgeable of the vehicles and paired me with exactly the vehicle I wanted and needed.

Great car buying experience

Worked a deal over the phone while in Florida. They were fair and had car ready for me when I came to pick it up. They were very friendly and flexible, even offering to stay late to meet with me. They were very accommodating when I had to suddenly rush out on them to attend to a personal matter. Pat Jaffee slapped dealer plates on the car for me, since I hadn't yet signed some of the paperwork, so I could get going since I had no other ride home. Sales manager Chris was very friendly as well as Monica who explained the features of the car to me.

Perfect

Buy a car with less headache

My entire experience was Excellent!😀 I wish that I remembered the name of every person that I came in contact with. My daughter loved Patrick and loved the brownies that his mother sent. It's especially difficult making a transaction with a child, but at the end of the experience, my daughter didn't want to leave! Thank you again Patrick!

Great new Car

Traded in my Jeep Compass for a Hyundai Tucson in less than 3 hours. love my new SUV and recommend dealership. Friendly staff and sales associate, Eileen helped me through process.

Service

It seems that the service dept has always been fair in helping me to maintain my car. I don't have the technical knowledge to make a judgement about the maintenance of my vehicle but after almost seven years the car seemed to be in excellent condition.
