Awesome experience Al Dawson is the perfect model of delivering a great customer experience. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and Al worked with me on pick-up and delivery to ensure the BIG surprise on Christmas morning went off without a hitch. Just terrific.

Great service
Truck broke down Christmas eve in NJ. Had it towed here. They were open Dec 26 at 7:30. Tony took my information and had truck fixed by 3PM. Great service. Still a little upset that Ford would uses a DEF system that completely disables the vehicle, leaving me and wife stranded. All for an emissions system. Thanks.

Honest Service
The auto mechanics were extremely kind and honest. As someone who knows nothing about cars, and nothing about my warranty (I told them my warranty had run out), they made sure to check everything, and where able to find out that my warranty had not expired and the trouble my car had was covered with a $100 deductible. Awesome work! Thank you!

Excellent service department at Ford of Branford
I arrived on a Friday morning to have my car, a 2014 Fiesta, serviced for routine maintenance. I pulled up, George automatically knew who I was without even giving my name. That's impressive considering how many people he sees, I'm sure. I waited in the lounge, enjoying a book and podcast. I was in and our with an hour and a half. I'm never disappointed with the service department at Ford of Branford.

Best in Customer Service
The staff is always very pleasant, attentive and helpful. I received a car on loan which was nice except for the smokey smell in the car. Quite unpleasant! I did ask that some maintenance work get done also aside from the presenting problem and that never got done. Still love this place.

Friendly and courteous Service.
Noted a previous concern and it was followed up on and addressed very promptly and professionally. The service department has always been fair and friendly, especially George and Sal whom I am greeted by most visits. Purchased a Fusion and an Escape in the past, both were certified pre-owned. Am very happy with both vehicles and we have been very satisfied with their service.
