Dropped off car on Saturday when emissions light came on suddenly and they were able to repair under warranty. Picked it up next day on a Sunday so very easy for my schedule. Nice people who seem to do the best job they can with the resources. Most of the customers get this impression even when busy on a Saturday morning.

Up to date, clean and nice service dept.
Finance person was great to work with. Also found the service dept was very nice clean and organized. the sales person was very good in attending to my needs, but was going to get me some information to me on the door keypad code, I herd nothing!! I found the code myself by looking up on the ford forms how to find the code. unfortunate the sales person did not follow up.
