I had a great experience at Rocky Mountain Eurosport. Leon was able to schedule a test drive to work around my schedule, and was available for any questions I had along the way. Getting things into motion was seamless and the no-haggle pricing removed a lot of the usual back and forth you experience at car dealerships. Would recommend!

Summary: Purchased a marked-up Canadian vehicle without a valid U.S. dealer warranty, found evidence of undisclosed body damage, and experienced multiple check engine lights immediately after purchase. Buyers beware. I want to share my recent experience at Rocky Mountain Eurosport to help other potential buyers make informed decisions. I will stick to the facts as much as possible. Positives: • I searched for this particular vehicle for six months and found it here. • The sales representative, Leon, was responsive and provided requested information. • I was told the 2022 vehicle would come with a transferable manufacturer’s warranty. • During the test drive, a check engine light (CEL) was present, and there was tire damage. The manager, Max, assured me both would be fixed before delivery. • Staff were professional and helpful, and my initial post-sale interactions with Max were positive. Concerns: • The vehicle was priced above comparable listings but still within a “fair” range. • Upon delivery, I received only one key, held together with scotch tape. I was told this could not be resolved but was referred to a third-party key provider. • • After purchase, I discovered the car originated from Canada. The manufacturer confirmed the dealer warranty was not valid in the U.S., and safety recalls or repairs would require returning the car to Canada. The vehicle’s update system was also disabled, preventing remote software updates and recall notifications. • Multiple check engine lights appeared, including the one supposedly fixed before delivery. • I later found signs of body damage and paint correction that were not disclosed or identified during the dealer’s inspection. • My trade-in received a low offer, and the dealer later listed it with a 63% markup. The dealer made it clear that prices were non-negotiable. Overall, what started as a promising purchase turned into a frustrating and costly experience, with potential safety implications. I recommend that buyers thoroughly research the vehicle’s history and confirm warranty coverage before purchasing.

I was surprised how smooth the whole car buying process

I was surprised how smooth the whole car buying process was at Rocky Mountain Eurosport. Me being newly widowed, this was my first car purchase by myself. Leon took me under his wing and made me feel comfortable. He even put new tires all around. I love my new little Mazda CX 5. Thank you for helping me with this process. I highly recommend this place for future car purchases.
