Looking to purchase two vehicles, a X6 and another used

Looking to purchase two vehicles, a X6 and another used Audi I found on the lot. Spent 25 minutes inside the show room and wondering around the used lot, not a single employee acknowledged me or provided any assistance. There were 4 salesmen just sitting at their desk doing nothing. Will take my business elsewhere.

Worse service center ever.

Worse service center ever. Be careful of the techs work on your car and service advisor Ben who is part of the scam on customers. He will defend the tech work as if they are they are not the problem, but you caused all your problems to your car. Work was not performed as stated due to same issue arising. Car still has issues after two costly repairs that I paid out of pocket and through car warranty. Read the reviews and you will see this place is overcharging and looking for extra money at the cost of the customer. Don't patronize this business. Go elsewhere!

Huge shout out to Connor and everyone at BMW Rochester

Huge shout out to Connor and everyone at BMW Rochester Hills. It was a very good buying experience overall. Connor is very low pressure and a pleasure to work with. I'd also like to add that everyone in the building is very friendly and easy to talk to. People go above and beyond to get you what you need. Leaps and bounds better then other dealerships I've worked with in the past.

I’ve been a BMW driver for decades.

I’ve been a BMW driver for decades. Just purchased a 2024 x1 28i through Tonya Murray, a most professional and pleasant person to deal with. She tenaciously searched out the vehicle with my preferred colors exterior and interior and managed to get me exactly what I wanted delivered within a week. The car is gorgeous. And fun to drive.

Took my 2023 W M340 Xdrive for the first service.

Took my 2023 W M340 Xdrive for the first service. My appointment was at 0730. I dropped off the car at 0723. Went to check on it at 1446 and the dar was not done. Over 7 hours to change the oil and do an inspection, 7hrs, really???? The id.. at the counter asked me at 1515 if I could bring it on Friday, really? Why was I given an appointment for Wednesday 22 Nov? Unbelievable. Spoke with Bloomfield BMW and they couldn't believe that these id..s did not get those 2 minor procedures done in that amount of time...

Purchased a Cadillac.

Purchased a Cadillac. CT5 from BMW of Rochester Hills. Brian Berg , my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and professional about presenting the car and processing the sale. He followed up with curiosity calls and provided after sale support . I would recommend Brian and his dealship.

Worst Service I've ever experienced

If I could give the service department at this dealership a lower rating, I wouldn't hesitate. They've had my son's car for a month. Not body or engine damage, but some electrical issue draining the battery. Communication with the Service Technician and Service Manager has been practically non-existant. Calls and texts go unanswered. Shared messages with a person via Facebook Messenger who promised someone would contact, and nothing. I wouldn't bring a car here for service ever again.

This is the 2nd time I have my worst service at this...

This is the 2nd time I have my worst service at this dealer and worst advisor Ben E. who charged me foe service was not performed, very disappointed and will never go to this dealer or recommend to any one. My car never looked at till 4th. day, for 1 week after I was calling for updates and leaving messages no, answer fro the service counter.
