For months, we have been searching for a first car for

For months, we have been searching for a first car for our teenage daughter that took into consideration our budget, standards (safe, newer model, low mileage, etc) and equally important, our daughter’s preferences. She was set on one car and one car only—an alpha Romeo. My husband located a car that met all of the criteria and reached out to Michael Cook, Brand Specialist for Alpha Romero Atlanta. Michael responded immediately and gave us more specifics about the car via email and phone. He personally did a walk-through of the car and answered all of our questions. Through conversation, we could tell Jim Ellis Alpha Romero staff & company are thorough and meticulous about the quality cars they put out on their lot. We immediately knew our search had come to an end and this is where we wanted to do business. We booked our flight from Texas to Georgia and had an appointment with Michael to purchase the Alpha Romero the next morning. The whole purchasing process was quick and seamless. Michael had lined up a ride for us from the airport to the Alpha Romero dealership. Once there, he had my daughter’s “brand new” eye-catching blue Alpha Romero (red calipers and all!) parked right in front of their business doors with a big bow on the hood. My daughter’s face lit up and my husband and I were just as excited. The car was clean without blemish and as we did our own walk around the car and got a look at the interior, we were surprised that this car was the one we would go home with. We had looked at a lot of Alpha Romero’s in Texas, but none compared to everything this car offered. Michael was so patient as we looked at every detail of the car and took pictures capturing this milestone moment. He invited us to take a seat in the car and spent a generous amount of time going over the settings and other technical aspects of the car with our daughter. He made sure she was getting comfortable and familiar with the workings of the car and answered all of her questions. Michael is a very professional and affable person and related extremely well to our daughter as a first time driver and new car owner. While we were there, he had to step away for a luncheon to accept an honorary award and it was easy to see why he earned such an accolade! Our next step was to sit down with the finance manager (another very smooth process) and take care of the financial transaction. Within an hour, we were back on the road driving back to Texas. The drive back was a fun adventure—every time we stopped, we marveled at what a great deal and car we had purchased. A bright blue Alpha Romero is incredibly eye catching!! Along the way, Michael called to check in on us and did so again once we were back to town. He was interested to hear our thoughts about the handling of the car and our experience so far. He also followed up on a couple details we would need to take care of once home. I can’t overstate what a pleasant and smooth process this was for our family. Michael was incredible and took care of us every step of the way. He wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase and our experience working with him and the Alpha Romero company. The answer….a resounding YES!

Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo is the best! When it comes to automobile literacy, I am still a beginner. But thanks to Mr. Jamal Diamond, a service professional there, I am learning more and more about not only my vehicle’s care, maintenance, and components, but also about automobiles in general. Mr. Diamond consistently goes above and beyond to assist his clients. I appreciate his assistance with answering my many questions and providing me with practical suggestions for prolonging the wellness of my vehicle; therefore enhancing that aspect of my life.
