From the moment we showed up we received very good information and we were treated so kindly. All the staff we met were equally nice. Our first introduction was Mike Rzeznik and he answered every concern and question. We knew based on his knowledge and integrity in his answers we would be buying a car here. Today, thanks to Mike we are the new owners of a Tuscan Hybrid. We absolutely love the ease of use in learning this car. It’s smooth in every function and it’s beautiful inside and out. Can’t wait to take it on a road trip. Mike even helped us set up our phones to sync with our car. Mike did a great job. He was extremely professional and not pushy at all. He was able to give us all the info we needed and get us exactly what we wanted and made sure we left happy. Highly satisfied with the whole experience from beginning to end.

Our salesman, Michael Rzeznik, was great. We did not feel pressured by him. He let us test drive a few different vehicles to help us decide what we wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions.

Our experience at this dealership was very disappointing
Our experience at this dealership was very disappointing and we ended up walking out near the end of the transaction. They are dishonest and shady, more so than expected for a car dealership. They added things to the purchase we never asked for and told us as we were signing papers at the very end that we had to use Kia financing or the deal was off. We had told them at the beginning we had our own financing, and they never said anything about that until after we had wasted three hours trying to purchase a new car. Time wasters who will pull every trick in the book to make more money off of you. We went to Fort Wayne Kia and drove home in a beautiful new Telluride after a relatively smooth negotiation and purchase process with minimal shenanigans.

called to check availability of an elantra. Was told to come in for a great deal. When I arrived, the car wasn't even washed and was smashed up in the back. Dealer said, we understand if you're not interested, but can we interest you in something else. Classic deceptive bait and switch from a slimy lousy dealership. Please boycott this dealer so that dealers will stop these deceptive practices which waste customers time.

Nice people, prices were way too high. As a result, I’m still looking, only now I think a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid 2019-2020 would probably suit my needs better. It seems like they are few and far between.

Thanks for your response, I realize that the amount you have in a car is the biggest reason for your asking price, however the price you wanted for the Tesla that I looked at, was $4-14K higher than five other dealers, that I checked. If we had come to an agreement, I would assuredly would have bought locally. But after driving the car, although pristine, I decided that I needed to look for something a little more easier to enter, as myself and my friends are older, and most are handicapped. So I decided to watch for an affordable 19-20 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. If you get another that we might agree on.

Shame on you, Jim Ludington, GM for Michigan City Hyundai! You broke our deal, you lied... just to make a little more money. We had a deal for a Palisade at MSRP. We were in touch a number of times as it shipped to you. When you realized the previous manager sold it without a market adjustment, you lied to break the deal! You lied and said you double sold my car. You lied that Payton Aubrey, our contact, had not been a manager at the dealership. You lied that you talked to Payton and that he "remembered the mistake he made" (If he remembered, he would have addressed it!). Mistakes happen and can be excused. Lack of character and worship of money cannot be fixed.
