I contacted Amir regarding a Tucson advertised online.

I contacted Amir regarding a Tucson advertised online. We were able to work out a deal and I went to Las Vegas the next day from Arizona. The whole transaction went seamless and I drove off the new vehicle within 2 hours.

Service always takes great care of my car, and communicate throughout, if they may need more time, they give me plenty of notice. Always get it back in a timely matter though.

Bought through Costco buyers program.

Bought through Costco buyers program. Was forced to pay for Nitrogen scam filled tires and glorified Turtle wax. Service center has been a nightmare. Never buying Hyundai again.

This dealership is the ultimate in dirty tricks. First, they will insist they cannot provide any pricing without you coming in person. They try to lie to you about the discounts on offer. They don't compete on pricing and say their "hands are tied" - I would NEVER do business with this dealership even if they had the last car on the planet. Don't go here unless you want to be manipulated. STAY AWAY.

Hi Gilbert- I'd rather keep my response public. I called your sales person Amir Ghasemi on Saturday, 7/19. I wanted to discuss pricing in a vehicle based on your sister dealer's pricing in Henderson. First, he insisted that I come in person and that he would not provide pricing on the phone. I told him that wouldn't happen. He then interrupted to say that pricing isn't always accurate and he did not believe that the discount they were offering was accurate. Granted, this was your SISTER LITHIA DEALER IN LAS VEGAS and he questioned me. So I showed him the competing price, he paused and hollered at his manager (female manager) while I was on the phone to say "HEY LOOK AT THIS" and then he said he called me back. He responded via text message to say that his manager wanted written proof from your SISTER DEALER to talk about the price. I'm not wasting my time - why don't you call over to your sister dealer? He then sent me a photo of other vehicles on your lot being sold to pressure me to come into the dealership. I worked through the sister dealer to do a vehicle trade and Centennial Hyundai embargoed the trade to try to prevent me from purchasing the car. Centennial Hyundai insisted you would not do the transfer unless I bought your $2K in unnecessary add ons. So I found the vehicle I wanted at another dealer (at the lower price, I can prove it) and you didn't get my business. Amir (and his boss) was completely unhelpful and thought he could strong arm me. I plan to complain to Hyundai's dealership and compliance team over this given your anti-competitive trade and pricing practices. PS - I checked, and the vehicle I was interested in is still sitting for sale at Centennial Hyundai and overpriced. You lost a sale. Not very smart.

For everyone to be aware, Gilbert Valenzuela said he would contact me on 7/29. It’s now 8/3 and Gilbert never reached out to me on this topic. Should he end up contacting me, I’ll report back on his response to the situation so future customers are aware about how this dealership conducts business.

It is now 8/9 and Gilbert Valenzuela never responded back. I report this to say don't trust this dealer - they don't keep their word and don't take the time to look into and address customer concerns.

BJ's one of the worst service advisors I've ever worked

BJ's one of the worst service advisors I've ever worked with in my entire life. They have my car for 9 weeks and he made the whole process stressful horrible and all he wants to do is yell and argue with you. He should be fired
