Amin has a wonderful personality and is very honest and has an exceptional way of giving you all the information you want to know about your choice of car before you even ask a question. He literally showed me how to use everything in my 2013 Elantra prior to me leaving with my new car. After 19 years of being in my 1993 Nissan Sentra I needed a warm, honest, informative person to help me upgrade to a new car and Armin Reddic did that for me, He is awesome!!!!!!

Everything was great except the check processing step. We were there for 5 hours trying to get the check approved. That process sucks. We have never bounced a check, have a 9.85 credit score, had $30,000 in the checking account, but still got denied twice, so we couldn't take the care home. If you write a check at Wallmart, they automatically deduct it from your account and know if it is good. The salesman BB was great. He is very funny, and i enjoyed working with him. ( i will look him up again when purchasing another vehicle.) Brian was very professional, and did a great job sealing the deal. Joe was also very professional in explaining the deal, and offering warranty options. Overall, if we didn't have to spend that many hours, and walk away without the car, the experience would have been great. You really need to look into a different check system, or not have that option.

Being only 20 years old coming into a dealership looking to buy a car is really kind of scary. Fortunately we came across some of the friendliest people. BB made me feel really comfortable with his great sense of humor and knowledge of what I was looking for and the cars that were available on the lot. I came in thinking I knew what I was looking for, BB explained the difference between the cars I was looking for and I ended up getting the car I originally didn't want but I turned out to be PERFECT! I would definitely refer someone to him or even come back to look at another car eventually :) I had an amazing experience. THANKS BB!

Beware of shady salesmen (Anthony) and managers (Jesse) promising things yet failing to deliver. Definitely tried to take advantage of a young female friend by lowballing her trade in. We agreed on an out-the-door price for a used vehicle but then they started to jack up the price when I addressed major concerns that needed to be fixed before the car was driven off of the lot.. like tires at the minimum tread depth of about 2/32nd, brake rotors and pads that were at minimum thickness, fluids that were 7 years old and needed to be flushed, alignment pulling strong to the right. When I pointed all of that out, they assured me that they do a 170-something point inspection and all of that would be taken care of during their inspection (that's dealer talk for we hope you buy our line of crap we're feeding you). I said great, but I would still like it in writing on the contract for my own piece of mind. Once I said that, then suddenly the price jacked up $900. Funny how that works. I have a feeling they were counting on some poor schmuck not noticing what needed to be replaced just to get the car back up to being safe to drive off of the lot... and wouldn’t you know it, magically we got her trade-in value up to what it should have been instead of the lowball amount they offered her when she came by herself. I hate stealerships like this that prey on uninformed buyers. Please stay away and tell your friends.

At 22 years old it was finally time for me to buy my first car and I was so nervous! I had never been to a dealership before so of course I was picturing the stereotypical car salesman that smells the inexperience of a newbie from a mile a way... like a shark. I couldn't have been more wrong! Anthony walked up to my mother and I reading the hesitation on my face and immediately broke the tension with a joke, I liked him right away. Interestingly enough he looks JUST LIKE my brother, same mannerisms and everything, it was totally meant to be. Needless to say I felt very comfortable with him, like I could trust him. Anthony speaks to you like you matter, like you're a person not a sale and as a sales person myself I really appreciated that. He was so unbelievably patient and understanding with us, he took his time and allowed us to take our time. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Anthony, he obviously has impeccable sales experience but his strengths lie much deeper than just automotive sales. He is a honest to god "good guy" I mean I don’t think I've ever felt so comfortable with a purchase like this in my entire life and it’s not just because my car is amazing, WHICH IT TOTALLY IS! It has to do with his belief in the product, his passion for his work. You don't find that everyday especially in Las Vegas; Anthony truly is a rare find. So I suggest you find him before someone else does and buy you're next vehicle from Anthony Franich. You won’t be disappointed!

We came to the dealership not expecting to buy, when we arrived, we where greeted by the most friendly sales person ever, BB, he was FANTASTIC. He never tried to talk me into a different vehicle. I knew what I wanted, and he totally recognized that and went with it. He explained every single step of the way about the vehicle, but recognized that I had heavily re-searched this vehicle before purchase. I really appreciated him NOT trying to talk us into the next model up (Sonata) and told me why the Elantra is the best choice. He didn't skip a beat! Brian McKenna, was great too, I could tell he was really crunching numbers to get us into our new car, and take care of the bulk of our trade in (I had 2k negative equity) he was very polite, respectful and understanding when the numbers where just too much. Joe Rodriguez was great, until we opted out of the added warranties. I understand that he has to sell warranties, but our auto insurance covered pretty much everything the dealership was offering already. When we declined the warranties, I could tell he wasn't pleased and his whole demeanor changed. I'm sure his job is very stressful, but a poker face would have been nice. We politely declined countless times, and he kept trying to talk us into another point of interest and another year for financing. I know my husband was within seconds of calling off the deal and us walking. And everyone else's hard work would have been wasted. We also had a little talk with Mr. Carlos Hildago, about our registration issues (we where hoping to register the vehicle in Texas since we're Texas residents) but since it's a brand new car, we ran into a few issues. BUT He made sure our note didn't change, and helped us cover the gap (NV is VERY expensive compared to our home state)but like I said, he didn't skip a beat with making sure we could keep our note the same and really helped us out with that. He completely understood the sticker price shock for us misplaced Texans (60$ per year vs 400+ per year) Again, back to BB, he was terrific with my little boy. He made sure my husband and I could afford this car, and completely understood when we were ready to walk. I highly recommend him. He's also fluent in Spanish,so if you need a Spanish speaking sales rep,he is your man! Would I recommend them to a friend, YES. Would I return to purchase another car, YES. My husband is thrilled to not hear me complain about my poor AC or the gas bill my old SUV came along with, I'm thrilled to be in a beautiful new car that is sleek, sexy and very functional. And my little boy was just thrilled to not be in there any more!

When i a got out my car their was one gentleman standing right in front. As i was walking up he walked right up to me and introudced is self as Anthony Franich. Then he procced by asking me what i was looking for in particular. And i told him i was looking for a hyundai elantra then he walked me right up to a few older models then i told him no im looking for the newer look then he showed me a black one. Then he said come on let take it for a test drive. So he drove the car out the parking lot then we drove to a side street and he got out and told me to drive. I got in the car when i first got in that driver seat the first thing that came to my mind was i love this car and it's mine. Anthony was so great he even let me drive the car all the way to my house to show my boyfriend the car. When we first pulled up to my house my boy friend was already in the park in lot taking grocerys in the house. Anthony ask him if he could give him a hand with ther grocery's i thought that was so helpful of him. Not only that he even took me to the bank to get some paper work that i needed. I think he has very Great customer skills. I deal with customers on my job to and feel like he went above and beyond like we are expected on my job.I would defintily refer a friend to him! Thanks a bunch Anthony Franich! Sincerly, Latoya Clark

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Anthony from Centenial Hyundai. Once again he has far exceeded my expectations. There is never any pressure from Anthony. He is an honest upront salesman. I know, sound crazy. I tell him what I want and he delivers. Walked in at 5 on Friday night and drove home in my new car at 8:30. Doesn't get any better then that. I can't figure out if I like The Hyundai brand or Anthony more.
