My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tigers

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tigers Ford this past weekend. The staff there were friendly and extremely attentive and kind through the entire leasing process. We talked with 3 employees that day and Earl was our number one contact. Such a great day and we drove off in a fantastic car. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends. Wonderful group of people. Thanks again Tigers Ford.

Retired Army Officer Here. Consumers should be very cautious about doing business at Tigers Ford. Earl Baldwin, a salesman at this dealership, confirmed in writing that they were selling a Ford Bronco Raptor that had an MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) of $98,750. However, it was discovered during negotiation that the MSRP for this vehicle was actually $95,420.00. When I confronted Mr. Baldwin with this information, he simply ignored that detail and said it would "all be correct in the offer" or words to that effect. Later that day when I received the written offer from Mr. Baldwin, the offer did not reflect any such adjustment. In addition, the offer was contingent upon me using "dealer financing." which is absolutely illegal. A car dealership in South Carolina cannot legally require customers to use their financing. It is considered an unfair practice to force buyers to use a specific lender and they must allow customers to present their own financing options. The offer also appeared to include various "junk fees," or fees that were optional but tossed into the offer without my consent or approval. After voicing my objections to Mr. Baldwin, he made no attempt to correct any of it. It became apparent to me that this was a fraudulent advertisement, and the offer was unequivocally refused. The manager contacted me later that day by phone, denying everything and referencing female body parts inappropriately (you could use your imagination). I hung up and filed a complaint with the South Carolina Division of Consumer Affairs.

Fantastic experience!

Knowledgeable sales associates and a great selection! They worked with me to get me in exactly the vehicle I wanted and never made me feel pressured. Highly recommend this dealership!

Terrible place

They will not stand behind a product and will lie about warranties and the service they are performing. I wouldn’t purchase anything from them now or in the future.
