Jay did a great job at meeting my needs and must-haves in

Jay did a great job at meeting my needs and must-haves in a new truck (my first), and in showing me the ins and outs of the Bronco Big Bend. Dan and Lou both did an amazing job at structuring my payments and the term, making sure that I understood everything, including the extended warranty, which I feel much better about taking, just for peace of mind. Knowing I'm driving away feeling better about my purchase, makes me want to come back, and tell everyone I know about Greenwich Ford. Thanks again guys!

I just purchased a 2024 F250 pick up truck. Mark Robillard is an “over the top” , fantastic sales person & an expert on trucks. Mark made it happen ! This is my 3rd truck purchase with Mark & this 1 was easily ( the 1st two were very good as well ) the best experience! Mark just keeps getting better and better with age ! Sam in Service is awful.

Sam in Service is awful. Rude each and every time I have ever dealt with her. 5 other customers in the service waiting room talking about how rude and nasty she was. Guess this is acceptable at Greenwich Ford.

My service advisor was the rudest person I had ever

My service advisor was the rudest person I had ever experienced bad customer service with. She made me wait over 2 weeks with no call about my part when it had come in the next day and continued to not answer her phone. Overall my car was fixed well but my advisor was what made my experience horrible

POOR EXPERIENCE AT SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

POOR EXPERIENCE AT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I made an appointment over a week ago regarding a Ford issued recall for my Ford Explorer. The service writer Sam checked my VIN number and confirmed the recall was not done before. I explained to Sam exactly what my issue was and asked her about the fuel filler neck I was having issues with. Sam stated that the fuel filler neck would be covered by Ford and that she would have the part ordered. She made an appointment over a week later to make sure the part came in. My wife brought the car in today for the appointment only to be told by another service writer that it is NOT a recall but an "extended Ford warranty" and that I would have to pay $200 for a "diagnostic fee." My wife waited for 2 hours to be told it's not the fuel filler neck, they would not be putting it in under warranty and that it needs another part over $500 plus labor. I had to pay the $200 "diagnostic fee." When I told the service writer what Sam had told me I was informed that Sam was "new" and misinformed me. I asked for the other service writer to talk to the service manager and my wife nor I never got an answer from him. I feel that I should not have been charged a "diagnostic fee" or at the very least have been offered a discount because I was told wrong information from their employee.
