If I could leave a negative 5 that's exactly what it would be. We purchased a 180k boat brand new from them and it's all lies and the blame game. We are going out of business, I dont know who to talk to, veranda isn't responding, I dont know if I can fix that, jimmy granger wont talk to you, I'll put your boat under cover every night, I'll get you some answers, we are here day by day not sure who you need to talk to, there's really nobody here who can answer that,can you write all that's wrong with the boat on this notebook I'll get it taken care of, give me your email and I'll take care of you, we didn't even know that boat belongs to a customer, oh im very sorry your boat sat outside and filled up with water for 2 months. Is jimmy granger a cool place to buy something. You tell me these are all the lies that have been told and guess what yiu think anyone from the dealership has tried to fix this absolutely not. This has got to be the worst place and the worst people we have ever delt with on buying anything. I would not recommend buying a pack of gum from these people. Our boat was dropped of in February for warranty work and was left outside after being told it would be under cover daily until the work was done. We heard from a friend the boat was outside and went back April 1st to find out the boat had been left in the same place we parked it since it was dropped off. The center tune was full of water the boat was covered in bird crap and the cover was still under the font seat with mildew on it. Nothing was done. When we ask why they lied about the boat being covered they stated they didn't even know who the boat belonged to. So here's the list of things wrong with the boat that isn't even a year old Spare tire not mounted and it's not the right mount Toon was scratched and is to be repaired. Was like that when we bought it Fiberglass has blemishes in it The black wrap is coming off Headlights are lose Motor has a small vibration in it Wrong ladder was installed from factory Touch up cosmetic scratches and dings Front and rear doors slam into fiberglass on boat and have no stops Trailer has a black stain on it from factory Chip in the paint Chips on frame of windshield Seat were never hooked up so they just fell off and scratched the boat The plugs in the amp were all stripped out All the cup holders have rust in them The plexi glass on the tower keeps falling out Just keep in mind the boat is not even a year old. We just dropped it off again today and they said we will get it covered tonight. Pics to follow on that lie. We will be back tomorrow to see what else they can lie about. I for so many years have listened to Jimmy's daughter on the radio say " it's a cool place to buy a car". I hope this is something that can save someone the headache we have been thru on this boat. The photo of the boat is tonight where we were lied to again about the boat being covered. The other photos are the 2 months the bost was left out in the weather after we were told it was covered. And by the way the cover to the boat is in the boat.

In 2022 I bought a pickup truck from Jimmy Granger Ford. They sold me a warranty that covered the drive train of the vehicle. They were very insistent that I purchase this warranty. Later I found out why. within a few days, the motor developed a “tic”. I was advised to wait a few weeks so the insurance would be effect and they would take care of it. It is my belief that they knew the truck had problems and they sold me a warranty with the truck so they wouldn’t have to pay for the repair. They defrauded the insurance company. They ended up taking the motor out and putting in a short block. They said that the “tic” was in the intake manifold. Since the short block got back the same intake manifold, the new motor still had the tic. I had another Ford dealership tell me that in their opinion, Granger’s people had done an “improper repair” on my truck. At any rate they ordered a new intake manifold. It was not available at the time. They told me to take the truck home and they would call when it came in. It never came in. They gave all kinds of excuses. Said that Ford didn’t even make it any more and I should just wait. I called every so often. It never came in. Now we are two years later. The part never came in. The truck was never fixed and this morning 3/6/2025, I was advised that it was now out of warranty and would not be fixed.
