So it came time to buy a new car and I thought since

So it came time to buy a new car and I thought since Hamden Chevrolet was right up the road I’d see what they had. I looked online at the cars they had and set up an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Andy, he asked a few questions and before I knew it he had the car I was interested in pulled up and said let’s go on a drive and see if it fits your needs. After the test drive we talked numbers and felt no pressure to buy which helped me decided to buy the car. Talked to Andy as we signed paperwork, what a great guy. After finished with Andy went off to finance department, as I was sitting there Andy came to check on me and said to me the finance guy is trying to get me the best option and not to worry they are working for me. That really stood out to me, normally buying a car the dealership was trying to get max profit I didn’t feel that at this dealership. Then I was greeted by the finance guy Arin who told me he has been trying to find me the best financing through all the different financial institutions. While waiting in the lounge I noticed him in his office on and off the phone and typing like a mad man so I did feel he was truly trying to meet my financial needs. Arin and I went over all my options and suggested what he thought would work for me. Together we figured it out and signed paperwork while cracking jokes then we were done. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership from start to finish just amazing. I truly appreciate the time these guys put into making this an amazing experience. And the next day Andy called me to make sure everything was ok. Thank you so much for making my new ride truly special.

I dropped off my truck to get my oil/filter, tires

I dropped off my truck to get my oil/filter, tires rotated and to replace my tire sensors. When I picked up my car and paid for the services. I noticed nothing had been done. I always mark my tires and oil filter. They took my money and never completed any of my services. Then they said we're sorry and gave me a free oil change. Why do I have to mark my tires and oil filter every time I need service.
