Bait and switch tactics. I emailed the day before and set up an appointment. Unorganized. Manager blew the sale for the salesman. Wrote to the CEO, no response. I walked out. Been a Mazda owner for a decade.

Absolutely terrible, told me to trade in vehicle and keep check from insurance fully knowing the check was made out to them, so they offered trade in value with the damage. Then when calling 2- 3x they stopped picking up. Steer clear.

My experience with Hamden Mazda has been nothing short of a nightmare. They sold me a certified pre owned CX-50 turbo that leaks oil. Day of sale I requested to have it put on a lift so I could inspect underneath. They refused siting safety protocol and showed me the 180 point inspection signed by their service department. Being exhausted from the sale process and needing a new car I trusted the car was in top condition with no problems. When contacted my sales rep Ammar about the oil leak as well as his sales manager they rushed me off the phone and told me to talk to their service department, it’s covered under warranty tell them they will help. Well I talked to them, they told me the earliest they could get me in would be over two weeks from the day I called. I scheduled my service thinking it would be looked at the day they made me wait for. My car has not been looked at and it has been with the dealer for 4 days now. There were other customers dropping their cars off with appointment the same day. They were all told they would have there cars back the same day. I truly believe everyone involved knew they were selling me a piece of xxxx and are now dodging my requests for information on my car. Run away from Hamden Mazda. get a Honda or a Toyota, I have never experienced such buyers remorse in my life. If I were up in Mazdas corporate I would be ripping my logo off their building. They are destroying the brands reputation with their poor customer service and shady sales practices. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!

Tyler was beyond out of this world. I purchased a Brand New CX-70 and he nailed down everything to the T! He listened, held his word, was honest and truthful, and lastly made the whole experience FUN. He might be a young kid but can definitely teach a lot of people because he did everything right. The whole time on the test drive it was like talking to a best friend you never had. If you want/need a car with an amazing deal, please don't go see just anyone, go see THE best, Tyler!
