Do not ever buy a vehicle through this place. Worst experience of my life. I bought a used truck from them two months ago. I traded in my old truck and also put $6k down. I opted to get the 3 year power train warranty in case anything major happened. Not even a month after I had it, the tranny went out. The dealer did nothing at all to help me and the warranty company decided not to cover cost of repair. So I had to pay $4k to fix it. During that time my first payment was due and because of having to replace tranny I was two weeks late. But I still paid it. A few days later I got a call from the manager Matthew Gentile…. He said that the bank issued a buyback and that I didn’t have financing anymore. He said to bring the truck in so he could get me a different bank to do loan. But was very disrespectful and rude about the whole situation. He said I could wait a couple days. I then called him and he said he would send someone to me to just sign new loan paperwork. I met him on my way to drop one of my employees off after work. He took my truck and said it was repoed and I will get nothing back!!!! They are crooks and I am still without a truck now because of them. I am out $10k plus my old truck and all the headache. I strongly suggest no one does business with these people!!!
