Do not trust Bumble Auto.

Do not trust Bumble Auto. They sold me a 2025 Toyota Camry with about 4K miles on it. Had no reason to believe this car was in bad shape but it had serious mechanical issues (radiator failed on me and A/C was broken from the start, did not realize until warmer months came about as I bought the car in January). Bumble is deceptive and they will not hold true to their words. I came in the day of the sale to them telling me "Oh the hood latch is broken, youll have to bring it back in later this week to get it fixed", that never happened and they cancelled and rescheduled on me multiple times until I got fed up and just took it to my local mechanic for Maintenace and to fix the hood latch. my local garage made me aware of prior accident coverups, really subpar repair work to hide the previous accident (which was never mentioned to me and I could not of have known anyways because my hood latch couldn't open). That was the first time, the second time my radiator failed on the highway, car overheating, and A/C system completely busted, I took it back into my local mechanic and they found a smashed radiator, condenser, hose lines frozen and tucked under places they shouldnt be... the list goes on and I paid $2400 out of pocket to get those repairs. Bumble charged me 29K (33K with fees) and then I had to cough up another $2400 for the repairs a few months in, and if you factor in the interest Ill be paying if I keep the car the whole time.. Thats like $45-50K I will have spent for this car. Bumble robbed me, whether they fully knew it or not. I asked them to help find a fair solution to the problem, I would of been happy if they took some responsibility for selling me a busted car for that much $, even if they really didnt know about all the damages, which lets be honest, they probably did. They bought the Camry at an auction and claimed they only had minutes to decide if they wanted to buy the car or not, but my question is, don't you have your business inspect the cars you buy? shouldn't you inspect them to make sure they are safe and in as best shape possible for your customers? The car passed and failed a MD state safety inspection the same day for a torn safety belt, yet the hood latch was broken the day I went to buy/pick the car up? The place that did the inspection is literally next-door neighbors with Bumble so Ill let you the reader decide on that. In the end, Bumble Auto really screwed me over, and Im a local guy too. I was a professional UFC fighter literally training and fighting out of Elkridge, MD where BUMBLE is located, right down the street from where ive been training and representing for the last 8+ years. I thought they would take care of a local guy, especially a professional athlete who reps the same area that they're from. But I was wrong and they have not reached back out to me to at the very least apologize for the situation that unfolded. Crazy. I hope Karma comes back to bite them.

Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend them!! This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had and I wish I had known about Bumble Auto a long time ago. Chris was the most helpful and honest salesperson I’ve ever worked with – buying a used car is stressful in today’s market– he cares about getting the right car (for my daughter) and takes the time to review everything very carefully- FULL TRANSPARENCY!! PRICES are very competitive and I have PEACE OF MIND that my daughter has a great car and we most definitely will be using their Service Department for all maintenance. This isn’t your typical Pre-Owned car business – much more a family-oriented feel. I’m grateful to all the people there who welcomed us and made a deal work out, including Jake in Finance and Filipe in the Service Department. I also liked that they are LOCAL and I didn’t have to go to Pennsylvania, or Virginia or pay a shipping fee (CarMax and Enterprise) to get a car. I’ve been looking for 2 months and once I found this company, I purchased a great car from them the next day!! Good luck!!

What a great experience.

What a great experience. NOT your normal car dealer. Most car buying experiences I have had were stressful but Chris really made the buying experience at Bumble a true pleasure. From finding the right car for me to updating me every step of the way I had a stress free purchase. I would not only absolutely recommend Bumble to all my friends and family but I am a repeat customer for life.

Awesome staff, very knowledgeable.

Awesome staff, very knowledgeable. I purchased a 22' GTI with them and they had me in and out without feeling forced to buy the vehicle. Edwin and Mike helped me through the paperwork and explained everything and left me with no questions.
