Tri city

Great customer service and super friendly. Brian didn't push me to buy anything I didn't want and he offered a free oil change on my first visit. The financing department was also great with the paperwork, and another manager even stop by just to say hello as I was purchasing

Good

We already owned an Electra so we already knew what we wanted. The Salesperson was good. The Service was good, no pressure. Car is great. Great job.

Great Experience

I had a terrific experience with Gary and TriCity. I felt very comfortable making this purchase--even though it is a big decision. Gary explained all the features of the car and I felt I received the best deal possible. I had not considered a Hyundai prior to speaking with Gary but I am thrilled with my purchase

Review

This dealership has always been helpful. I have had service done on my previous vehicle here. And now have purchased a brand new Tuscon. They always make an exceptional effort in making sure they provide with the most information possible. I appreciated that they suggested that I test drove two versions of the Tuscon to see where I felt most comfortable.

I'm happy with my new car and had a great sales person help me. If I wanted another car someday I'd probably go back. At my age this may be the last car I buy.

New car review

Very nice dealership to deal with. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. No pressure to purchase a vehicle!!! Also recieved a good trade in value and price for new vehicle we got. Our sales person, Eric was great especially with calling us after to see if everything was ok with car and if we need anything else to call him.
