Service advisor Did not ensure service request was completed as insisted. I ask for windshield fluid to be add as I’m always on highway and got on highway later that evening and nothing!

I recently had an incredible experience at Golf Mill Chevy, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ken Wagner, the Finance Director. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life, but I have never received the level of help, honesty, and detailed information that Ken provided. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything from start to finish. It was clear that he truly cared about making the process smooth and transparent, not just getting a deal done. Ken gave me everything I needed and more — I honestly wish every dealership had someone like him. If you’re buying a car, I highly recommend asking for Ken. He turned what’s usually a stressful part of car buying into an easy and enjoyable experience.

Great experience, glad I wasn’t pressured into buying
Great experience, glad I wasn’t pressured into buying stuff I didn’t want. Nail was found in the the side tire wall so I had to replace tire for 400 dollars. Another nail found in a different tire. It was in the tread so they were able to fix.
