This was my first purchasing experience so I expected the worst. But I knew exactly what I was going for. I spoke with Johnny on the phone he was very informative about EVERYTHING. He gave me all the details and all the options and was very thorough throughout the process, so there were no surprises. Everything was set up over the phone and I just had to come in to Stan's and test drive and do the paperwork. I bought a 2000 VW Passat.

I bought a vehicle from Stan's that was completely different from what I intended when I came in. They had a good selection in my price range and the prices were clearly marked on the vehicles. My sales guy was Chris, and he knew the inventory and seemed quite knowledgeable. He and everyone else at Stan's were very straight forward and not high pressure. The discussions were plain language and helpful. They should spread the vehicles out more, because it's tough to get to some of them.

We bought a used car from this dealer. The salesman assured us that they would work with us if there were any problems. The next day the car started having problems. We called them and they were rude and made insulting remarks to us while blowing off our concerns about the car. We've never been treated this way by a dealer ever. We ended up getting our money back only after enduring much bullying. We were both shocked and very upset after the whole ordeal. We felt like there was something fishy about the car because of the way we were treated.
