Kia North was on point with there txt messages and

Kia North was on point with there txt messages and offered me a drop ride to my job even though I didn’t need one also send me a video of my multi point inspection and Ms Wells was nice and polite and easy to talk to because all I made the appointment was for a oil change she was cool with me adding tire rotation and balance. Yes I will be coming back for sure

Kia of North Austin was easy to work with.

Kia of North Austin was easy to work with. They were friendly, answered my questions, and helped me navigate issues that were particular to my situation. I never felt pushed or rushed. Sydney was invaluable throughout the whole process, even after the sale, going to unprecedented efforts to help resolve a few unique issues with transport and delivery. Overall, a dealership with people I would trust again in the future.

This replaces my previous review!! They’re both ok until you buy a car, then you’re screwed and in your own. And oh, don’t EVER buy a used car from them! It seems al they care about is making a deal!!

What the absolute xxxx is wrong with these guys.

What the absolute xxxx is wrong with these guys. Came in to have my car appraised and said I had to leave soon. They walked off with my key, then the sales guy started pulling up models for me to buy, and then he just xxxxxx walked off and disappeared. I had to yell at a manager to get my key back, I was just held hostage at the dealership. Never even saw a car or got an appraisal for mine. Never going back!
