Like others he lied to me took my 10000 deposit put none of it on the principal of the loan he put it on extras I didn't approve and told me that these things came with the car

The only good thing I can say about my experience is the

The only good thing I can say about my experience is the price was decent. After speaking with the sales guy, Marco, he failed to mention before I drove nearly 7 hours there, that the windshield trim was missing and there was paint missing from the side. He seemed friendly enough but didn't know much about vehicles. He promised to have the part sent to us by the next Thurs. I purchased on a Sat. Well after multiple texts and out right lies, my wife and I called their parts dept nearly 6 weeks later. Nope, the were only told to get a quote, nothing more. We finally spoke to an adequate and truthful as well as helpfull person. Oh, tge neglected to tell me that the "detailers" broke a plastic piece in the van and just stuck it in the back and i dod t see it until i arrives home. Now, the finance guys are on a whole other level of annoying and inadequacy. Not only did the guy out right lie about the warranty i was getting by charging me 3 times more but only sent me with the minimum to make it legal. The bill of sale. No other paperwork, no warranty paperwork, nothing. I requested paperwork and email for ALL. Nope, he Saud he had someone place it all in the vehicle while I was using the restroom. The even worse part out of all of this, is that they git my out of state taxes incorrect so now, 2 months later. We still have no lic plate nor registration, cannot get an inspection sticker because the DMV will not release anything per not getting paid the correct taxes. We continue to wait for the finance guy to get back yo us with an update however nothing is happening!?! We don't know what kind of dealership this is but have never had anything close to these issues buying new or used. All we want now is the dmv to get paid so we can get our vehicle registration and plates! I just cannot believe there are this many good reviews after our experiences.

Terrible.

Terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars. Will never go back to this place or buy a piece of junk Kia. We've had nothing but, recalls on it with stuff like the engine and transmission.

Beware I purchased a used car from here and was told

Beware I purchased a used car from here and was told there was two sets of keys to it. The key tag even says it does. I was told that it doest actually have 2 sets and they made that up. Also in case your wondering if tried to talk to a sales manager but they are to important to talk to customers so keep that in mind. I've never had a issue with a car dealer. We go for the test drive they actually mention that it's has 2 keys as a selling point. To make things even worse they get this poor young woman to call me and tell that the key never existed that right it went from misplaced to it never was. I'm actually not mad at the salesman or finance they thought they had it. But the response from management has been terrible.

I purchased a 2021 Kia Sportage on 4/22/2025.

I purchased a 2021 Kia Sportage on 4/22/2025. I have yet to receive my tags/plates from the dealership. On my first call I was told there was a lien on my vehicle that had to be paid before I could get my tags. I requested several times to talk to the General Manage, he is never there and I always got sent to the Sales Department. I was told that it was in the works and could take a week or more to get them. I continued to call always getting the same answer. When my paper tag expired, I called and went through the same scenario; where are my tags, can I get another paper tag. I sent in a copy of my insurance and waited for the updated paper tags. I called again 2 weeks ago, I was told I would get a new paper plate within a few days, because the DMV was so backed-up there was a longer wait. I waited a week no tags. When I called back, I ended up talking to the Finance Department, and was told that they could not send out new paper tag, they had to go to the DMV and request them. I was told they would go Friday, July 11th and overnight the tag to me. Still no paper tag. I finally called the DMV myself. The dealership has 30 days to file the paperwork for the new owner to be reassigned registration. Rockwall Kia has not filed any paperwork with the DMV for my vehicle. I called Rockwall Kia again, got the same run-a-round and was told that I would get a call back from a suppose Sales Manager. No call that afternoon or this morning to follow up. I am a Senior Citizen and need my car for doctor appointments and worry I will get a ticket. I don’t understand to just out and out lie to the customer, horrible customer service. Do I need a lawyer??

Sakes process was good but finance pressured me to take

Sakes process was good but finance pressured me to take service warrant. I said no multiple times finally agreed. Didn’t get paperwork until a week later and it was not as presented so I cancelled that part. Warranty company still hasn’t gotten corrected paperwork so I cancelled get the $2100 taken off contract, it’s been over a month. Left several messages and email but no response. Follow up service is terrible.
